PARA OBTENER, A PARTIR DE CASEINA BETA, UN HIDROLIZATO PARCIAL ENRIQUECIDO, POR UNA PARTE CON UN FOSFOPEPTIDO O UNA FRACCION PEPTIDICA 1-25, Y POR OTRA PARTE, CON PRECURSORES DE LA BETA-CASOMORFINA (SIENDO ESTOS PRECURSORES FRAGMENTOS QUE CUBREN LA ZONA 33-97 DE LA MOLECULA DE CASEINA BETA) POR HIDROLISIS DE LA CASEINA BETA POR UNA ENZIMA PROTEOLITICA, SE LLEVA ESTE HIDROLISIS EN MEDIO SALINO, QUE PROVOCA LA APARICION EN EL MEDIO DE UN PRECIPITADO QUE SE SEPARA DE LA FASE SOLUBLE, LA CUAL CONSTITUYE EL HIDROLISATO PARCIAL BUSCADO. PREFERENTEMENTE, SE CONDUCE ESTA HIDROLISIS EN UN MEDIO DE UNA FUERZA IONICA EQUIVALENTE A LA DE UNA SOLUCION DE SAL MONOVALENTE COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 0,5 Y 4M.
