2.1 LAS DISOLUCIONES REBAJADAS DE MELAZAS SE ACIDULAN GENERALMENTE MEDIANTE ACIDO SULFURICO, UTILIZANDOSE POSTERIORMENTE COMO MEDIO DE CULTIVO PARA FERMENTACIONES. LOS CALDOS DE CULTIVO YA USADOS, SIN EMBARGO, POR LA METANIZACION ANAEROBIA, GENERAN A CAUSA DEL CONTENIDO DE SULFATOS UN BIOGAS QUE CONTIENE ACIDO SULFHIDRICO. 2.2 CON LA AYUDA DE INTERCAMBIADORES DE IONES PUEDEN ACIDULARSE AHORA LAS DISOLUCIONES DE MELAZAS SUFICIENTEMENTE. ESTAS DISOLUCIONES DE MELAZA SON COMPARABLES CON LAS DISOLUCIONES USUALES EN LAS FERMENTACIONES Y GENERAN EN LA METANIZACION UN BIOGAS MEJORADO. 2.3 FABRICACION DE DISOLUCIONES DE MELAZA ACIDULADAS Y SU EMPLEO EN LOS PROCESOS DE FERMENTACION.
