CONFORME A LA TEMPERATURA QUE PUEDA ALCANZAR LA MATERIA PRIMA DE LA PLETIMA EL GRUPO SE SOMETE A UN PROCESO DE FABRICACION CON PRENSA DE PERCUSION EN LA QUE ACTUA UN MACHO Y UNA MATRIZ PRODUCIENDOSE UNO O REPETIDOS IMPULSOS DE PRESION. DE ESTA FORMA LA PLETINA SE UNE DE FORMA INTERMETALICA CON EL FONDO. LA CUBIERTA SE TRATA CON UN PROCESO DE ESMALTADO EN LA ZONA CORRESPONDIENTE CON TECNICAS CARACTERISTICAS DECORATIVAS O TECNICAS, QUE CON LA AYUDA DE UN PROCESO DE ESMALTADO SE APORTA UNA CAPA SOBRE LA CUBIERTA. LA CAPA DE ESMALTADO SE GARANTIZA DE TAL FORMA QUE EL PROCESO DE ESMALTADO SE REGULA A UNA TEMPERATURA DE ACUERDO CON LA MATERIA PRIMA DE LA PLETINA. ESTA CAPA DE ESMALTADO SE APLICA SOBRE LA CUBIERTA ADECUADA. EL APARATO CON SU CAPA YA ESMALTADA SE SOMETE DESPUES A UNA TEMPERATURA ADECUADA A LA CARACTERISTICA DE LA PLETINA.
