DEL TIPO DE LOS QUE COMPRENDEN UN PRIMER MULTIPLICADOR (1) QUE MULTIPLICA UNA PRIMERA MUESTRA DE PORTADORA (10) POR LA COMPONENTE EN FASE (11) DE LA SEÑAL MODULADORA, UN SEGUNDO MULTIPLICADOR (2) QUE MULTIPLICA UNA SEGUNDA MUESTRA DE PORTADORA (20), DESFASADA 90 CON RESPECTO DE LA PRIMERA MUESTRA DE PORTADORA (10), POR LA COMPONENTE EN CUADRATURA (21) DE LA SEÑAL MODULADORA, Y UN SUMADOR (3) QUE SUMA LAS SEÑALES DE SALIDA (12, 22) DE AMBOS MULTIPLICADORES, OBTENIENDO LA SEÑAL MODULADA (31). OF THE TYPE OF THOSE THAT INCLUDE A FIRST MULTIPLIER (1) THAT MULTIPLIES A FIRST CARRIER SAMPLE (10) BY THE PHASE COMPONENT (11) OF THE MODULATING SIGNAL, A SECOND MULTIPLIER (2) THAT MULTIPLIES A SECOND CARRIER SAMPLE (20 ), LAGGED 90 WITH REGARD TO THE FIRST SAMPLE OF CARRIER (10), BY THE QUADRATURE COMPONENT (21) OF THE MODULATING SIGNAL, AND A SUMMER (3) THAT ADDS THE OUTPUT SIGNALS (12, 22) OF BOTH MULTIPLIERS, OBTAINING THE MODULATED SIGNAL (31). THE MULTIPLIERS ARE IMPLEMENTED THROUGH FOUR QUADRANT MULTIPLIER CELLS DESIGNED WITH FIELD EFFECT TRANSISTORS AND WHERE EACH OF THE OUTPUT TERMINALS OF A MULTIPLIER IS CONNECTED TO ONE OF THE MULTIPLE OUTPUT TERMINALS OF THE OTHER MULTIPLIER. THE TWO OUTPUT TERMINALS (S1, S2) IS PROPORTIONAL TO THE SUM OR DIFFERENCE OF THE OUTPUT PRODUCTS OF BOTH MULTIPLIER. THIS CIRCUIT IS ESPECIALLY APPLICABLE FOR MAKING PHASE-QUADRATURE, WIDE BAND AND HIGH PRECISION MODULATORS.
