CON LA TRANSMISION OPTICA DE NOTICIAS EXISTE EL PROBLEMA QUE CON LA TRANSFORMACION DE LA SEÑAL ELECTRICA A UNA SEÑAL OPTICA POR MEDIO DE UN LASER -SEMICONDUCTOR, APARECE UNA DISTORSION NO DESEADA DE LOS IMPULSOS, POR RAZON DE LAS PROPIEDADES DEL LASER. LA INVENCION INDICA UN DISTORSIONADO PREVIO QUE DEJA SUBIR A CADA IMPULSO ELECTRICO EN DOS ESCALAS A SU ALTURA COMPLETA Y OPERA UN OSCILADOR INFERIOR A LA FLANCA DE IMPULSO CALLANDA. GOBERNADO CON UN TORSIONADOR PREVIO EL LASER PRODUCE UNA SEÑAL OPTICA DE SALIDA CON LA FORMA DE UNA SEÑAL CASI IDEAL Y UNA ANCHURA DE LA LINEA PEQUEÑA.
