SE DESCRIBE UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA FABRICACION DE MICROCAPSULAS A TRAVES DE UN MICROENCAPSULADO DE ACEITE HIDROFOBO CON SUSTANCIAS SOLUTAS O DISPERSANTES, ESPECIALMENTE DE COMPONENTES DE REACCION CROMATICA DE SISTEMAS DE ESTE TIPO, DONDE EN LA SUSTANCIA SOLUTA O DISPERSA QUE CONTIENE ACEITE HIDROFOBO BAJO AGITACION FUENTE, ESTA MEZCLADA CON UN MEDIO ACUOSO. EN LA DISPERSION OBTENIDA ACEITE EN AGUA BAJO CAPSULAS AMINOPLASTICAS, FORMADAS EN CONDICIONES ACIDAS Y QUE, DADO EL CASO, DEBEN SER AISLADAS A CONTINUACION. EN LA DISPERSION ACEITE EN AGUA AJUSTADA DE FORMA ACIDA AL MENOS ESTA CONTENIDO UN COMPUESTO ESTABILIZADOR DE LA DISPERSION QUE NO MUESTRA NINGUN REACTIVO. ESTO INDICA QUE LA DISPERSION ACEITE EN AGUA CONTIENE A) UN RECONDENSADO DE FORMALDEIDO MELANINA SULFONADO ANIONICO HIDROSOLUBLE Y/O B) UN PRECONDENSADO FOLMALDEIDO MELANINA DE TIPO SEMEJANTE MODIFICADO Y ANIONICO HIDROSOLUBLE QUE POR TANTO HA SIDO OBTENIDO, EN DONDE SE INCLUYE. A) EN UNA PRIMERA ETAPA MELANINA Y FORMALDEIDO ENTEMPERATURA ALTA EN MEDIO ALCALINO Y EN PRESENCIA DE AGUA CON MENOS UN COMPUESTO (I) EN FORMA DE UN SULFITO ALCALI, TIERRAS DE SULFITO ALCALI, UN ALCALI SULFAMAT, UN TIERRA DE ALCALI SULFRAMAT, UN ACIDO AMINOSULFONICO, UN ACIDO AMINORGANICO Y UN ACIDO AMINODIORGANICO QUE CAMBIA A UN PRECONDENSADO. B) A CONTINUACION EN UNA SEGUNDA ETAPA ESTE PRECONDENSADO EN UN VALOR DE PH ENTRE 5,5 Y 7.0, SE SOMETE A UNA POLICONDENSACION DONDE AL MENOS SE OBTIENE UN COMPUESTO (II) EN FORMA DE ACIDO SULFONICO, UN ACIDO AMINORGANICO, UN ACIDO AMINODIORGANICO, UN ACIDO HIDROXICARBONICO, UN ACIDO POLIHIDROXICARBONICO Y UN ACIDO AMINOSULFONICO.
