Abstract

Obturador de caudal para. metales fundidos perfeccionado, caracterizado por comportar un órgano móvil accionable en movimiento angular y por estar constituido por un soporte fijo, en relación con el cual se toma en posición giratoria sobre el plano horizontal, en posición excéntrica en relación con el canal de colada, un órgano que presenta en planta un perfil prácticamente en abanico y que está dotado de un apéndice imbutiforme de soporte del aro de colada; estando dotado dicho órgano de forma de abanico de un sector dentado perimetral, siempre en contacto con una cremallera; una cubierta provista de elementos salientes y de movimiento, para el extremo imbutiforme, está articulada al soporte y sujeto en forma amovible en relación con el mismo por medio de dos órdenes de muelles de reacción: uno entre el fondo de dicho cubierta y un tejuelo, dotado este último de órganos de deslizamiento, interpuestos entre el tejuelo propiamente dicho y el 6rgano angularmente móvil, el otro orden de muelles reacciona contra el fondo de la cubierta tal, en relación con un lado del soporte, está bloqueada en relación con el mismo por medio de una pluralidad de pernos perimetrales que sujetan los orificios abiertos, practicados en los bordes de la cubierta. y un soporte intermedio, sobre el que se apoya la cabeza hemisférica del perno de tomó del 6rgano, el eje de dicho perno estando orientado paralelo al eje del canal de colada.
