LA INVENCION TRATA DE UN METODO PARA LA CONCENTRACION PREVIA A LA HORA DE LA ELABORACION DE DIOXIDO DE TITANIO SEGUN LOS ACIDOS DELGADOS QUE TIENE EL METODO DE SULFATO Y LA UTILIZACION DE UN DISPOSITIVO PARA LLEVAR A CABO ESTE METODO. PARA ELLO SE UTILIZA EL CALOR PARA LA CALCINACION DE GASES DE ESCAPE CALCINADOS NO LIMPIOS CALORICOS OJO QUE TIENEN LOS HIDRATOS DE DIOXIDO DE TITANIO. LOS ACIDOS DELGADOS SE INTRODUCEN EN UN CICLO DE ACIDO DONDE SE PONE EN CONTACTO EL ACIDO CIRCULANTE CON LOS GASES DE ESCAPE CALCINADOS DENTRO DE UN LAVADOR DE VENTURI. Y UNA PARTE DEL ACIDO CIRCULANTE SE EXTRAE DEL CICLO DE ACIDO COMO ACIDO DE CONCENTRACION PREVIA. UNA PARTE DE LOS ACIDOS CIRCULANTES DE MEZCLAN EN EL EXTREMO SUPERIOR DEL LAVADOR DE VENTURI DE FORMA RAPIDA CON LOS GASES DE ESCAPE CALCINADOS Y UNA SEGUNDA PARTE SE APLICA CON LA MISMA ALTURA SOBRE UNA PRENSA Y POR ENCIMA DE LA PARED INTERIOR DEL LAVADOR DE VENTURI Y EL CUELLO DE VENTURI SE MEZCLA CON LOS GASES DE ESCAPE CALCINADOS.
