EL BATIDO SE OBTIENE PARTIENDO DE LA BASE PREPARADA O DEL PRODUCTO EN POLVO, DILUYENDO EN AGUA, CON ADICION DE CASEINATO MONOGLICERIDOS Y ESTABILIZANTE, Y SE TRATA FINALMENTE EN ESTERILIZADOR UHT, CON INTERCALACION DE UNA FASE DE HOMOGENIZACION.
