METODO Y DISPOSITIVO DE REGULACION DE VELOCIDAD DE SALIDA DE DATOS PARA COMPRESORES DE IMAGENES CON VELOCIDAD DE SALIDA VARIABLE. APLICABLE EN SISTEMAS DE TRANSMISION DE IMAGENES COMPRIMIDAS EN LAS QUE LA DISPONIBILIDAD DE ANCHO DE BANDA DEL SISTEMA DE TRANSMISION VARIA CON EL TIEMPO; Y QUE TIENE POR OBJETO ADAPTAR LA VELOCIDAD DE SALIDA DEL COMPRESOR DE IMAGENES A LAS CONDICIONES DE OCUPACION DEL SISTEMA DE TRANSMISION EN CADA MOMENTO. EL METODO CUENTA CON UNA PRIMERA ETAPA EN LA QUE SE ANALIZA EL NIVEL DE LLENADO DE LA MEMORIA DE SALIDA (7) DEL COMPRESOR DE IMAGENES (6), OBTENIENDOSE EL NUMERO DE ORDENES DE ESCRITURA Y DE LECTURA SOBRE DICHA MEMORIA DE SALIDA, Y CALCULANDOSE LA VARIACION DE LLENADO DE LA MISMA. EN UNA SEGUNDA ETAPA, SE PROCESA LA INFORMACION OBTENIDA DEL LLENADO DE LA MEMORIA DE SALIDA, DETERMINANDOSE, CON LOS DATOS ANTERIORES Y OTRA SERIE DE DATOS, LOS NUEVOS PARAMETROS ESTADISTICOS QUE CONDICIONAN EL FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL COMPRESOR DE IMAGENES, Y QUE SON ENVIADOS A ESTE ENUNA TERCERA ETAPA.
