Abstract

Un método de remoción de residuos que comprende capas de óxido o materiales orgánicos de superficies de un aparato de reacción de tubo sustancialmente vertical teniendo un pluralidad de tubos empaquetados extendiendos sustancialmente verticales hacia abajo dentro de la tierra del tipo en el cual una corriente de desagüe penetra en el aparato en un flujo influente y sale del aparato en un flujo influente de un modo en el cual la corriente de desagüe es sometida a una reacción química una vez que esta sujeta a presiones y de la corriente de escape de fluido en los tubos y que además resulta en la instalación de residuos en las paredes de los tubos, el método se caracteriza por los siguientes pasos: a) interrumpir el flujo influente de la corriente de desagüe dentro del aparato de reacción de tubo vertical sustancialmente; b) fluyendo una solución acuosa de hidróxido de sodio o hidróxido de potasio a través del aparato de reacción tubular para convertir un estrato de capas de óxido en un estrato de ácido soluble; c) fluyendo una solución acuosa de ácido nítrico a traves del aparato de reacción tubular para disolver el estrato de ácido soluble; y d) recuperando el flujo influente de la corriente de desagüe dentro del aparato de reacción de tubo vertical.
