Abstract

Un horno de craqueo térmico (1), que comprende al menos un reactor de craqueo (8) que tiene un primer tubo (14), conectado a una entrada de material de alimentación, estando dicho tubo de abierto en el extremo aguas abajo y estando dispuesto de modo sustancial coaxialmente con un segundo tubo (12), conectado a una salida para productos craqueados y cerrado próximo y alrededor del extremo abierto de dicho primer tubo, y estando comunicados dichos primer y segundo tubos con un primer extremo (15) del reactor, un quemador (3) dispuesto próximo a dicho primer extremo del reactor, y orientado para generar un flujo de gas de combustión caliente en un conducto de gas de combustión (10) alrededor del segundo tubo, en una dirección del mismo sentido con el flujo del material de alimentación en un conducto interior (11) definido por el espacio anular entre los tubos primero y segundo, estando dispuesto dicho primer extremo (15) del reactor en el flujo de gases de combustión procedente del quemador (3), y extendiéndose el reactor aguas abajo con respecto al flujo de gases de combustión procedente de dicho primer extremo.
