Abstract

PARA LA PREPARACION FERMENTATIVA DE POLISACARIDOS, EN PARTICULAR XANTANO, SE MEZCLAN AGUA, UN MEDIO DE PRODUCCION (AZUCARES, SALES NUTRITIVAS) Y, UN MATERIAL INOCULANTE DE UNA BACTERIA AEROBICA APROPIADA, EN UN REACTOR COMO COMPONENTES DE REACCION, EL MEDIO DE PRODUCCION SE EXPONE A LA FERMENTACION MIENTRAS SE SUMINISTRA UN GAS QUE CONTENGA OXIGENO. EL OBJETIVO ES EVITAR EL NORMALMENTE BAJO RENDIMIENTO DE ESTE PROCESO, Y RECHAZAR UNA CONSTRUCCION ALTERNATIVA SENSITIVA Y CARA (TUBO DE CIRCULACION). DE ACUERDO CON LA INVENCION, LOS COMPONENTES DE REACCION SE INTRODUCEN EN UNA VASIJA REACTORA EN UN FLUJO CIRCULATORIO MEDIANTE MEDIOS BOMBEANTES, CUYO FLUJO CIRCULATORIO COMPRENDE UN FLUJO ASCENDENTE Y UN FLUJO DESCENDENTE QUE SE SEPARAN UNO DE OTRO POR UNA O MAS PARTICIONES DISPUESTAS EN LA VASIJA REACTORA.
