Abstract

Un neumático para ruedas de vehículo perfeccionado, que comprendo una banda de rodamiento, una estructura anular de refuerzo, incorporada en dicha banda de rodamiento, dos flancos que comprenden material elastomérico y terminan en talones destinados a ser colocados en los adecuados asientos de la llanta de la rueda, dichos flancos presentando en las secciones de cada plano que contiene el eje dé rotación de dicho neumático, un eje de figura cuya convexidad está vuelta hacia el interior del neumático, dicha convexidad no cambiando sentido bajo el empuje de la presión de hinchamiento en las condiciones normales de ejercicio, dicha estructura anular de refuerzo siendo sustancialmente inextensible y definiendo en correspondencia de la zona en que dicha banda de rodamiento se une a dichos flancos contornos cuyos puntos están a distancia sustancialmente invariable respecto a variaciones de presión, en puntos definidos por dichos talones en loa mimos planos de sección, caracterizado por el hecho que los márgenes laterales de dicha estructura anular, incorporada en dicha banda de rodamiento se extiende axialmente exteriormente respecto a la zona de unión entre dicha banda de rodamiento y dichos flancos.
