Abstract
PURPOSE: To reduce noise and radio trouble drastically with a slight switching power loss by overlapping a switch signal and performing the clock control of the switch signal within the region. CONSTITUTION: For the commutation of phase windings u, v, and w where current flows successively, two switch signals S1-6 for switches T1-6 corresponding to these are overlapped each other in terms of time. The average value of phase winding currents Iu , Iv , and Iw flowing through the phase windings u, v, and w where at least one of the two switch signals S1-6 is subjected to increase commutation in an overlap region increases according to a linear function or e function. Also, the average value of the phase coil windings Iu , Iv , and Iw that are subjected to decrease commutation decreases according to the linear function or e function.
