Abstract

An electromagnetic switching apparatus comprises an electromagnet 14 having an armature 17 coupled to a driving piece 20, a manual control button 12, and a bolt (35) (Fig 5) accessible from outside the case 10 of the apparatus, (by a tool in (Fig. 6)) associated with button 12, the bolt being movable between a position in which it allows free movement of the button from a position of forced (manual) operation to a position of automatic operation and a position in which it locks the button in its forced operation position. Bolt/slider variants are shown in (Figs 8-10).
