Abstract

A centrifugal force juice extractor has straining means comprising an outer straining basket into which an inner straining basket can be inserted in coaxial manner. When so inserted, wall members in the form of bars (4) of the inner basket engage in spaces between corresponding bars (3) of the outer basket to form straining slots (12). By separating the two baskets, easy removal of pith therefrom is possible.
