Abstract

Squeezer composed of a milling cone forming part of a basin equipped with grooves for filtering the expressed product, actuated by an electromotor by means of axial thrust, and it has the particular feature that it can run at two different speeds, one of them being rotation at a low number of revolutions and with a high milling torque and the other being rotation with a high number of revolutions, with low milling torque and high centrifugal effect, driven by a drive arrangement actuated by one or two actuating electromotors either directly or by means of variable speed drives. This apparatus offers the advantage of making it possible to extract all the juice from fruit.
