EL PROCEDIMIENTO COMPRENDE: (A) ROCIADO DEL LICOR NEGRO EN LA CALDERA DONDE SE EVAPORA EL AGUA CONTENIDA EN LAS GOTITAS DEL MISMO; (B) PIROLISIS DE LAS GOTITAS PROCEDENTES DE LA ETAPA (A) QUE DESCIENDEN POR LA CALDERA; (C) COMBUSTION DE LOS PRODUCTOS DE PIROLISIS, CAYENDO EL CARBON RESIDUAL PRODUCIDO A LA PARRILLA INFERIOR DE LA CALDERA DONDE SE FORMA UN LECHO FUNDIDO QUE ARDE FORMANDOSE UN RESIDUO CARBONOSO POROSO SOLIDO. LAS MEJORAS CONSISTEN EN: (1) AÑADIR OXIGENO AL AIRE PRIMARIO UTILIZADO PARA QUEMAR EL RESIDUO CARBONOSO PRESENTE; Y/O (II) A/ADIR OXIGENO AL AIRE SECUNDARIO QUE SE SUMINISTRA A LA REGION SITUADA ENCIMA DEL RESIDUO CARBONOSO POROSO.
