Abstract

It consists in obtaining a mixture composed of cement, cellulose and water with the proportions of cement at 40%, cellulose at 4% and water at 56%, the process being obtained as follows: 1) the cellulose is left to soak for the specific period of time for it to plasticise 2) the cement is beaten with water for the required period of time for it to homogenise 3) both mixtures are placed in a container and supplemented with water in order to obtain the liquefied mixture 4) the mixture is beaten for approximately 2 minutes 5) once the mixture has been beaten and suitable homogenisation has been achieved, it is poured into a mould 6) the mixture inside the mould is subjected to a pressure of between 1 and 5 kg/cm2, compacting to a greater or lesser extent and 7) the result is subjected to curing with or without an accelerant.
