PROCEDIMIENTO DE OBTENCION DE MATERIAL DE RELLENO CON TROCEADO UNIFORME A PARTIR DE ESPUMAS DE POLIURETANO, CONSISTE EN UTILIZAR RECORTES DE ESPUMAS QUE SON INTRODUCIDOS EN UNA MESA DE ALIMENTACION DOTADA DE DOS CINTAS TRANSPORTADORAS CONVERGENTES QUE FUERZAN LA PENETRACION DEL MATERIAL Y SU CONDUCCION A UN DISPOSITIVO DE RODILLOS DE CORTE QUE EFECTUA EL PRIMER TROCEADO DEL MATERIAL DEPOSITANDOLO SOBRE UNA MESA DE TRANSPORTE QUE LO TRASLADA A UN DEPOSITO RECEPTOR DEL QUE POSTERIORMENTE ES TRANSPORTADO POR OTRA CINTA CONTINUA, SITUADA EN UNA TERCERA MESA, HACIA UN MOLINO DE CUCHILLAS DENTADAS QUE, EN COLABORACION CON UNA SUFRIDERA IGUALMENTE DENTADA, TROCEAN EL MATERIAL CON TAMAÑO UNIFORME, PUDIENDO ESTE SER MODIFICADO A VOLUNTAD MEDIANTE UN VARIADOR DE VELOCIDAD; CAYENDO FINALMENTE EL PRODUCTO TROCEADO, ASI OBTENIDO, EN UNA TOLVA INFERIOR DE LA QUE ES ASPIRADO POR UN CICLON QUE, A TRAVES DE UNA TUBERIA, LO CONDUCE NEUMATICAMENTE HACIA LOS SILOS DE ALMACENAMIENTO.
