Abstract

A conductive assembly member for assembling non-conductive elements, such as aircraft panels, comprises a threaded shank (1) and a head (3) in which is driving recess (3a) releasably and non-rotatably engageable by a driving tool to rotate the shank when threaded into a member to be assembled, the shank having an axially extending internally threaded bore (9) extending from the recess which receives a threaded spigot (8) fast with a non-conductive cap (4) which will overlie the head and has driving means to rotate the cap and spigot to engage the spigot in the internally threaded bore.
