Abstract
Anodo para celdas de elevada carga de amalgama, compuesta de una serie de placas de grafito, verticales delgadas, caracterizado porque las placas de grafito están situadas transversalmente a la dirección del flujo del cátodo de mercurio, en su longitud corresponden a la anchura del cátodo, en su cara inferior presentan hendiduras semejantes a peines, en su cara superior llevan bornas de contacto hendidas de material resistente anódicamente y, con interposición de fuelles de pliegues, en forma de cubeta de elastómero persistente a la corrosión, están unidas de tal modo con carriles distribuidores de corriente que, con excepción de las placas de grafito, equipadas con bornas, todas las partes conductoras de corriente, permanecen excluidas del interior de la celda.
