SE PATENTIZAN ALAMBRES DE ACERO W CALENTANDOLOS EN UN HORNO (6) HASTA LA TEMPERATURA DE ESTRUCTURA AISTENITICA Y DESPUES SE ENFRIAN HASTA LA TEMPERATURA EN LA CUAL LA AUSTENITA SE TRANSFORMA EN PERLITA, HACIENDOLOS PASAR A TRAVES DE UN DISPOSITIVO DE ENFRIAMIENTO POR AGUA (1). ESTE DISPOSITIVO DE ENFRIAMIENTO COMPRENDE UN DEPOSITO (2) POR EL CUAL SE HACE CIRCULAR CONTINUAMENTE AGUA A UNA TEMPERATURA DE AL MENOS 85JC. LA ALTA PUREZA DEL AGUA PERMITE UNAS CONDICIONES MUY ESTABLES DE LA CAPA HIRVIENTE EN LA SUPERFICIE DEL ALAMBRE LO QUE PRODUCE UNA ESTRUCTURA PERLITICA SUAVE DE EXCELENTE DUCTILIDAD.
