LA PRESENTE INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCEDIMIENTO HOMOGENEO DE DETECCION Y/O DE DETERMINACION POR LUMINISCENCIA DE UN ANALITO EN UN MEDIO SUSCEPTIBLE DE CONTENERLO, POR LA EVIDENCIA DEL PRODUCTO DE LA REACCION ENTRE EL ANALITO Y UN RECEPTOR CORRESPONDIENTE. ESTE PROCEDIMIENTO CONSISTE 1) EN AÑADIR AL MEDIO UN PRIMER REACTIVO CONSTITUIDO POR UN RECEPTOR DEL MENCIONADO ANALITO; 2) EN AÑADIR UN SEGUNDO REACTIVO CONSTITUIDO POR AL MENOS UNO DE LOS ELEMENTOS DEL PRODUCTO DE LA REACCION DEL ANALITO CON POR LO MENOS UNO DE SUS RECEPTORES, ACOPLANDOSE UNO DE LOS DOS REACTIVOS CON UN COMPUESTO LUMINISCENTE E INCLUYENDO EL OTRO REACTIVO UN ATOMO PESADO O MOTIVOS QUE CONTIENEN UN ATOMO PESADO, 3) EN INCUBAR EL MEDIO RESULTANTE BIEN SEA DESPUES DE LA ADICION DE CADA REACTIVO O DESPUES DE LA ADICION DE LOS DOS REACTIVOS; 4) EN EXCITAR EL MEDIO RESULTANTE, Y 5) EN MEDIR, EN EQUILIBRIO O EN CINETICA, LA SEÑAL EMITIDA POR EL COMPUESTO LUMINISCENTE, MODULANDOSE LA MENCIONADA SEÑAL POR EL EFECTO DE ATOMO PESADO.
