Abstract

Un extrusor de husillo, de trabajo continuo, con husillo extrusor de filete sencillo, movido de manera giratoria en un cilindro de husillo y dotado de zona de introducción seguida de una zona de transformación y una zona de expulsión para el tratamiento de materiales sintéticos termoplásticos, y con un medio para homogeneizar la masa fundida, caracterizado porque el filete del husillo está subdividido en la zona de transformación y/o la zona de expulsión, mediante un nervio cortante dispuesto de manera continua y que forma con la pared del cilindro una hendidura de al menos dos, en cámaras de distinta sección transversal del filete, variando la profundidad del filete constantemente en la dirección de la longitud del filete.
