Piso de calzado perfeccionado, que estando formado mediante una única pieza, dimensionada a propósito para recibir sobre sí la totalidad del pié del usuario, y siendo del tipo de los que presentan anatómicamente elevado el enfranque interior, por la parte de la planta, para servir de apoyo al arco del pie, se caracteriza por presentar la zona de apoyo del talón en un plano inferior a la zona de apoyo de la planta, que por contraste está ligeramente elevada por su centro en forma redondeada y porque incorpora medios para evitar que el pie se tuerza hacia afuera, al apoyarse, y para que el peso del usuario descanse sobre el dedo pulgar, a la finalización de cada paso, encontrándose constituidos tales medios, respectivamente, por un rebajamiento longitudinal de la superficie superior del enfranque situada entre la elevación de soporte del arco y el borde opuesto exterior, y por un adelgazamiento del espesor de la parte anterior del piso, que comienza aproximadamente a mitad de la planta y progresa hacia la puntera formando una superficie curva, cuya vista frontal define un frente oblicuo, al alcanzar dicho adelgazamiento su valor máximo en coincidencia con la zona de asiento del dedo pulgar.
