Abstract
Horno portátil, caracterizado por estar compuesto fundamentalmente de una base y una campana cubridora, cuya base plana constituida por un disco, provisto de un reborde de ajuste para la campana, presenta una gran ventana circular en su parte central, a situar directamente sobre una fuente de calor externa, sobre la cual se encuentran, escalonadamente dispuestos, varios platos distribuidores de una calefacción homogénea en el interior del horno, fijos por vástagos, atornillados a la base; estando la campana cubridora provista de asas laterales de maniobra y de un disco en material refractario transparente en su cúpula, fijado por ángulos desmontables a la misma, con misión de visor en la operación culinaria; presentando, en la citada cúpula, lateralmente al visor, varios orificios chimenea, sobre alguno de los cuales, opcionalmente, se instala un termómetro de control de la temperatura del horno.
