Abstract

Un dispositivo de electrodo para soldadura al arco eléctrico al aire, que consiste en una envolvente tubular a base de hierro, y un núcleo de constituyentes formadores de escoria y polvo metálico, caracterizado porque la cantidad de constituyentes formadores de escoria es del 6 al 15% en peso del electrodo de soldar, y consta de 5, 2 a 7, 4 partes en peso de fluoruro cálcico, de 1, 5 a 3, 0 partes en peso de bióxido de titanio y de 0, 4 a 0, 8 partes en peso de feldespato potásico, conteniendo además el núcleo de 3, 5 a 5, 5 partes en el peso de ferrotitanio con un 15 a un 25% en peso de titanio.
