8. - Cap with spring for bottles and similar containers, according to any of the preceding claims, characterized by comprising a ring (8) that moves within the gap of the outer lid (2) with the assembly of the elastic element (6) and the closing sheet (7), and characterized in that the ring (8) fits between the elastic element (6) and the inner wall of the outer cover (2), or where appropriate between the insert (3) and the inner wall of the outer cover (2), to ensure the position of the elastic element (6) and prevent it from slipping out of its place, also receiving inside the closure sheet (7), also preventing it from moving.

9. A stopper with a spring for bottles and similar containers, according to claim 8, characterized in that the ring (8) has a series of flanges (81) that emerge protruding towards its interior, to fix the closure sheet (7).
