El presente modelo de utilidad segun se expresa en esta memoria descriptiva se refiere a un contenedor, el cual ha sido concebido y realizado para obtener numerosas y notables ventajas respecto a los contenedores de gran capacidad cuyo objeto es la carga, transporte, almacenamiento durante transito y descarga de alimentos a granel, alimentos semienvasados, alimentos frescos y que puedan requerir de aislamiento termico y que usan sistemas con movimiento como pueden ser tarimas con montacargas, elevadores o patines, y que son usados en rastros, lugares de pesca, granjas de peces, frigorificos, empacadoras o plantas industrializadoras de productos y subproductos carnicos, aun si son establecimientos certificados y mas particularmente a aquellos contenedores que requieran un sistema de identification y trazabilidad de datos ya sea a traves de etiquetas u otro medio adhesivo.The present utility model as expressed in this specification refers to a container, which has been designed and made to obtain numerous and significant advantages over large capacity containers whose purpose is loading, transport, storage during transit and discharge of food in bulk, semi-packaged food, fresh food and that may require thermal insulation and using systems with movement such as platforms with forklifts, elevators or skates, and which are used in traces, fishing places, fish farms, refrigerators, packers or industrializing plants of meat products and byproducts, even if they are certified establishments and more particularly to those containers that require a system of identification and data traceability either through labels or other adhesive means.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIONBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
En la distribution de alimento a granel para clientes mayoristas es muy comun que en la transportation del producto de un punto a otro, como pueden ser zonas de production, almacenamiento, o centros de distribucion, se usen contendores con capacidad minima de 700 litros, llamados de gran capacidad, los cuales son transportados en equipo especializado como contenedores frigorificos de 20 o 40 pies. Un tipo de contenedor de gran capacidad es el de carton corrugado, sin embargo estos disenos tienen inconvenientes como requerir para su armado operadores capacitados, una zona libre de humedad para el armado, demoras en el proceso debido a su armado, una bolsa plastica de gran capacidad como empaque primario, uso de pelicula para emplayar, una tarima para su transportacion y en el caso de que vaya a ser almacenado en un rack elevado dentro de una camara de refrigeration va a requerir de flejes u otro utensilio de fijacion a la tarima, ademas solo puede ser empleado una vez dentro de la cadena logistica y tienen baja resistencia a los impactos y otras interacciones mecanicas. Algunos de estos inconvenientes podrian ser reducidos empleando un carton parafinado, sin embargo este tipo de material tiene un mayor costo y solo puede ser empleado una vez, no es reciclable y tienen una tendencia a dejar de ser empleado por su impacto ecologico. En cuanto a los contenedores de madera, estos quedan descartados debido a las regulaciones sanitarias dentro de rastros y plantas procesadoras. Se pueden utilizar contendores metalicos de una aleacion inoxidable, sin embargo su principal desventaja es el elevado costo. Otra opcion viable es utilizar un contenedor plastico sin embargo sin importar el tipo de contenedor se requerira un contenedor frigorifico de 20 o 40 pies y el uso de tarimas durante su transportacion y almacenamiento.In the distribution of bulk food for wholesale customers it is very common that in the transportation of the product from one point to another, such as production zones, storage, or distribution centers, containers with a minimum capacity of 700 liters, called of large capacity, which are transported in specialized equipment such as 20 or 40 foot refrigerated containers. En dichas interacciones si la etiqueta ha sido colocada parcialmente pueden provocar el desprendimiento total o parcial con la probabilidad de que se desprenda totalmente durante su travesia con el cliente.
