Abstract

1. Dispositivo de implantación odontológica, habilitado para su uso en piezas dentales, que comprende un vástago (1) alargado, con un tramo inferior (11), un tramo central (12) y un tramo superior (13), y dispuesto en una pieza dental (2) de modo que el tramo inferior (11) está insertado en el fondo o extremo del conducto radicular (21) de la pieza dental (2), el tramo central (12) está dispuesto a lo largo del recorrido del conducto radicular (21), y el tramo superior (13) está fuera del conducto radicular (21) de la pieza dental (2), estando el tramo inferior (11) hecho de titanio o material similar adecuadamente osteointegrable y con una geometría apta para su incrustación en la región del fondo o extremo del conducto radicular (21) de la pieza dental (2), estando hecho el tramo central (12) de una aleación de titanio y níquel o de otro material adecuadamente biocompatible y flexible para su adaptación y posicionado a lo largo del conducto radicular (21), caracterizado por el hecho de que el tramo central (12) incorpora un recubrimiento (3) de un material flexible y biocompatible con el interior del conducto radicular (21). 2. Dispositivo de implantación odontológica según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado por el hecho de que el recubrimiento (3) del tramo central (12) está hecho de gutapercha. 3. Dispositivo de implantación odontológica según la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizado por el hecho de que el recubrimiento (3) del tramo central (12) está acompañado de cemento endodóntico o similar. 4. Dispositivo de implantación odontológica según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado por el hecho de que el tramo inferior (11) está hecho de titanio grado V o superior. 5. Dispositivo de implantación odontológica según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado por el hecho de que el tramo inferior (11) está hecho de titanio grado inferior a V. 6. Dispositivo de implantación odontológica según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado por el hecho de que la superficie del vástago (1) está tratada mediante microtratamientos o nanotratamientos físico-químicos. 7. Dispositivo de implantación odontológica según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado por el hecho de que el tramo inferior (11) presenta una geometría cónica o similar. 8. Dispositivo de implantación odontológica según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado por el hecho de que en el tramo superior (13) del vástago (1) existe una prolongación a modo de poste (14), presentando a su vez el poste (14) una muesca (15) habilitada para la inserción de un pasador (17) presente en un aplicador (16), quedando por tanto el aplicador (16) fijado en relación al poste (14).

La geometría general del vástago 1 puede estar adaptada al conducto radicular 21, o a la propia instrumentación del profesional en el uso del dispositivo de implantación odontológica de la invención.
5 Gracias al adecuado y efectivo sellado del interior del conducto radicular 21 de la pieza dental 2 con el uso del dispositivo de implantación odontológica de la presente invención, se impide el establecimiento y proliferación de bacterias por el interior de dicho conducto radicular, y las consiguientes e indeseables infecciones que ello comporta.
10 Los detalles, las formas, las dimensiones y demás elementos accesorios, así como los materiales empleados en la fabricación del dispositivo de implantación odontológica de la presente invención de la invención, podrán ser convenientemente sustituidos por otros que sean técnicamente equivalentes y no se aparten de la esencialidad de la invención ni del
