Abstract

1. Carro para flejado horizontal, del tipo que comprende una plataforma base dotada de ruedas, un portabobinas de fleje y un mástil, caracterizado porque el mástil hace de guía vertical a una plataforma de recepción de una herramienta manual del flejado, porque el carro dispone de un tensor que impulsa la plataforma hacia arriba a lo largo del mástil y porque la plataforma incorpora un freno para fijar la plataforma a la altura del mástil deseada. 2. Carro, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el citado tensor comprende un cable enrollable accionado por un resorte. 3. Carro, según la reivindicación 2, caracterizado porque comprende, fijada a la plataforma, una herramienta manual de flejado. 4. Carro, según la reivindicación 3, caracterizado porque la herramienta manual de flejado comprende un sistema de soldadura no térmico. 5. Carro, según la reivindicación 4, caracterizado porque el sistema de soldadura es un sistema de soldadura por vibración o ultrasonidos. 6. Carro, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizado porque la herramienta comprende baterías de alimentación. 7. Carro, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 7, caracterizado porque comprende una peana para facilitar al operario acceder a la parte alta del mástil. 9. Carro, según la reivindicación 1 a 8, caracterizado porque el portabobinas se sitúa a la altura de la plataforma base. 10. Carro, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 9, caracterizado porque comprende un sistema de poleas de reenvío para entrega de fleje al operario desde una bobina situada en el portabobinas, situándose la última polea del sistema en la plataforma de recepción de la herramienta.
