1. Vitrina refrigerada para tapas y pinchos; del tipo de las que comprenden una carcasa (1) que delimita conjuntamente con una cubierta superior (2) un receptáculo (3) para el posicionamiento de las bandejas (4) contenedoras de tapas y/o pinchos; encontrándose alojados en dicho receptáculo (3) unos medios para la refrigeración de la vitrina; caracterizada porque la carcasa (1) presenta longitudinalmente en su base una porción anterior (11) conformante de la superficie de apoyo de la vitrina y una porción posterior (12) que sobresale inferiormente respecto a la superficie de apoyo de la vitrina, definiendo en el interior de la carcasa un rehundido (13) para el alojamiento del evaporador (6) correspondiente a los medios de refrigeración y de una serie de ventiladores (14), distanciados longitudinalmente a lo largo de toda la vitrina y que producen la circulación forzada de una cortina envolvente de aire frío en torno a una placa (7) alojada en el receptáculo interior (3) de la vitrina y que sirve de apoyo a las bandejas (4) contenedoras de las tapas y/o pinchos, disponiendo la vitrina en el extremo posterior del receptáculo (3) de una rejilla longitudinal (18) para la entrada del aire circulante hacia el interior del rehundido posterior (13) y, en el extremo anterior del receptáculo (3), de una ranura longitudinal (16) para la salida del aire proyectado por los ventiladores (14) y enfriado a su paso por el evaporador (6).
