1. Módulo prefabricado adosable para la construcción, caracterizado por estar constituido mediante dos marcos metálicos, uno correspondiente a la base y otro correspondiente a la cubierta, relacionados entre sí mediante postes situados en correspondencia con sus esquinas, también metálicos, dotados de medios de fijación a dichos marcos y de medios receptores de los paneles de cerramiento lateral, preferentemente tipo sandwich, que se fijan a su vez por sus bordes horizontales a los marcos inferior y superior, los cuales incorporan además medios para establecer, el inferior un panel hidrófugo en funciones de piso, y el superior una chapa perfilada en funciones de cubierta, con evacuación de agua a través de bajantes establecidas en el interior hueco de los postes.
