Abstract
1. Túnel de secado que estando previsto para secar la fruta tras un proceso de lavado o encerado, está caracterizado por actuar de tal manera que entrando la fruta por un plano de rodillos motorizados y dispuestos con cierta inclinación respecto a la horizontal, la fruta avanza hasta caer por gravedad a un segundo plano de rodillos para volver a caer por gravedad a un tercer plano paralelo a los anteriores y salir de la máquina al llegar al final de este tercer plano una vez secada al estar sometida en este proceso de transporte a una corriente forzada de aire caliente, estando el túnel constituido por una estructura romboédrica principal en la que se sitúan los tres planos de rodillos paralelos entre sí por donde avanzará la fruta debido al movimiento cíclico de cada uno de estos planos traccionados por el correspondiente grupo electro-mecánico y que formados por rodillos de distinto diámetro, fijados de manera alternada en las cadenas con tetones de enclavamiento particularmente dispuestos de cada lateral de la máquina, permiten aumentar la capacidad de carga por conformación de espacios a modo de cavidad por la diferencia de diámetro.
