Abstract

1. Máquina pasteurizadora para fabricación de cremas y productos similares, del tipo de las que disponen de una cuba cilíndrica contenedora del producto que se calienta al baño María por medio de una cámara anular de calefacción por resistencias eléctricas, enfriándose el producto al expulsarse el agua y recircular agua de la red, existiendo medios de regulación de entrada de agua y un equipo de frío, así como un elemento de agitación para homogeneizar el producto y otro raspador de las paredes y fondo de la cuba, conectado este último a un eje vertical axial que gira mediante un motorreductor, caracterizado porque el eje axial (17) accionado por el motorreductor (18), incorpora una serie de paletas (19) dispuestas helicoidalmente en toda su extensión para emulsionar el producto haciéndolo descender por el centro y subir por los laterales.
