Abstract

1. Un aparato autoclave, mejorado, compuesto básicamente por una cámara (5) estanqueizada dentro de la cual tiene lugar una panteurización, esterilización y enfriamiento de los productos a procesar, provista de medios (12) para la producción de tal proceso, tales como rociadores de vapor y/o liquido esterilizador, y dotada de puerta de acceso (14) a través de la cual tienen acceso unas estructuras (4p) cargadas de dichos productos en recipientes (2), procedentes de una masa de trabajo (1), caracterizado esencialmente porque comprende: un primer volumen (6) adecuado para alojar estructuras (4v) portadoras de productos, vacías; un segundo volumen (8) en el que está ubicado un filtro (7) del liquido de proceso, adscrito en la parte inferior de aquella cámara (5) ; un tercer volumen (10) en el que está alojado un intercambiador de calor (11), una bomba (9) para circulación del líquido filtrado a partir del segundo volumen (8) y un conjunto de valvulería y aparellaje eléctrico para régimen y gobierno del aparato, en al conocidos; y un cuarto volumen (13) para ubicación de la parte de mando y control del propio aparato.
