Abstract

1. Contenedor perfeccionado para comida rápida, que constituyéndose a partir del desarrollo de un lámina (11) de papel recubierto con polietileno o polipropileno u otros materiales, siendo dicha lámina de contorno trapecial para que por arrollamiento se conforme un cuerpo que puede considerarse como tronco-cónico (1), el cual se cierra inferiormente mediante un disco en funciones de base o fondo, mientras que superiormente cuenta con solapas que se pliegan hacia el interior para determinar el medio de cierre superior del propio contenedor, quedando retenidas dichas solapas en posición de cierre mediante engarce entre sí de dos de ellas, caracterizado porque la línea que delimita el cuerpo del contenedor (1) respecto de las solapas (6, 7 y 8) puede ser troquelada, permitiendo el rasgado y correspondiente independización de dichas solapas tras la apertura del contenedor, habiéndose previsto que los medios de engarce entre sí de las solapas (6) que mantienen el cierre superior del contenedor,estén constituidos por un corte recto (11) que se prolonga en un corto tramo (11"'') perpendicular al primero, de manera que el engarce entre sí de esos cortes (11-11"'') de las dos solapas (6) determinan la vinculación de los sectores (10) originados en éstas.
