Abstract
1. Dispositivo ppara el reconocimiento de aromas, que teniendo por finalidad potenciar las condiciones prácticas en las que se lleva a cabo tal reconocimiento y siendo aplicable, por ejemplo, al ámbito de la cata olfativa de vinos, se cparacteriza por estar constituido a partir de una base, a la que se acopla, con carácter amovible, la embocadura de una campana, de considerable altura, incorporando la citada base un alojamiento ppara el receptáculo contenedor de la muestra de producto a catar e incorporando la citada campana, en su base superior y cerrada un sector perforado ppara salida al exterior de los efluvios olorosos, y en su seno una aleta giratoria que, debidamente manipulada, genera una movilización cíclica del aire en el interior del dispositivo potenciando la evaporación de la muestra.
