Abstract
L'invention concerne un échafaudage nanofibreux biorésorbable présentant des nanofibres de fibroïne de soie et de polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB). La fibroïne de soie et le PHB sont agencés de telle sorte qu'une zone de l'échafaudage nanofibreux biorésorbable présente des quantités concentrées de la fibroïne de soie et qu'une autre zone de l'échafaudage nanofibreux biorésorbable présente des quantités concentrées du PHB. La fibroïne de soie et le PHB peuvent être agencés coaxialement de telle sorte que le PHB forme un centre des nanofibres et que la fibroïne de soie entoure le PHB de manière concentrique, ou la fibroïne de soie et le PHB peuvent être agencés de telle sorte que la fibroïne de soie et le PHB sont stratifiés.
