It also relates to the resulting PU foams and their use.
  • polyurethane and polyurethane foam are established technical terms and have long been known to those skilled in the art.
  • polyurethane PU
  • PU polyurethane

  • PU foams especially PU rigid foams
  • the liquid components used as standard for the production of polyurethane foam often reach their limits in this regard. Therefore Solids can be used, for example, to further improve flame resistance or thermal insulation properties.
  • Another concern is to produce PU foams, especially PU rigid foams, in a particularly sustainable manner, e.g. through the use of bio-based and/or recycled solids.
  • ground solids from used mattresses, PU-based insulation boards, PU insulation materials from refrigerators, other plastic-based waste streams or bio-based materials such as lignin can be used to produce PU foams more sustainably.

Description

Polym.
(A) eine Polyol-Komponente,

A) Polyol-Komponente
B) Polyisocyanat-Komponente
D) Schaumstabilisator
E) Treibmittel
F) Erfindungsgemäßer Feststoff
G) Optional weitere Additive, flüssige Flammschutzmittel, etc.
