Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Wärmesystem (1) für ein Elektrofahrzeug, mit einem Kältemittelkreislauf (3), einem ersten Kühlmittelkreislauf (4), an welchen eine Wärmequelle (6, 8) und stromauf der Wärmequelle (6, 8) ein Umgebungskühler (10) wärmeübertragend angeschlossen sind, einem zweiten Kühlmittelkreislauf (12), an welchen ein Hochvoltspeicher (14) und ein Chiller (18) wärmeübertragend angeschlossen sind, wobei ein erster Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems (1) einstellbar ist, in welchem der zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf (12) stromab und stromauf der Wärmequelle (6, 8) mit dem ersten Kühlmittelkreislauf (4) verbunden ist, sodass der Hochvoltspeicher (14) und die Wärmequelle (6, 8) in Serie von Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind. Zusätzlich zu dem ersten Schaltzustand ist ein zweiter Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems (1) einstellbar, in welchem der zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf (12) stromab des Hochvoltspeichers (14) sowohl mit der Wärmequelle (6, 8) als auch mit dem Chiller (18) verbunden ist, wobei die Wärmequelle (6, 8) und der Chiller (18) parallelgeschaltet von Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind.
Description
Wärmesystem für ein Elektrofahrzeug
Beschreibung
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Wärmesystem für ein Elektrofahrzeug der im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 genannten Art.
Derartige Wärmesysteme sind aus dem Stand der Technik in zahlreichen Ausführungsvarianten bereits bekannt und umfassen einen Kältemittelkreislauf, einen ersten Kühlmittelkreislauf, an welchen mindestens eine Wärmequelle des Elektrofahrzeugs und stromauf der Wärmequelle ein Umgebungskühler des Elektrofahrzeugs zum Wärmeaustausch mit einer freien Umgebung wärmeübertragend angeschlossen sind, einen zweiten Kühlmittelkreislauf, an welchen ein Hochvoltspeicher zur Versorgung eines elektrischen Antriebsstrangs des Elektrofahrzeugs und ein Chiller wärmeübertragend angeschlossen sind, wobei der Chiller zur Wärmeübertragung von dem zweiten Kühlmittelkreislauf an den Kältemittelkreislauf auch an den Kältemittelkreislauf wärmeübertragend angeschlossen ist, und wobei ein erster Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems einstellbar ist, in welchem der zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf stromab und stromauf der Wärmequelle mit dem ersten Kühlmittelkreislauf verbunden ist, sodass der Hochvoltspeicher und die Wärmequelle zur Beheizung des Hochvoltspeichers mittels der Wärmequelle in Serie von Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind.
Hier setzt die vorliegende Erfindung an.
Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Wärmesystem für ein Elektrofahrzeug zu verbessern.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch ein Wärmesystem mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass zusätzlich zu dem ersten Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems ein zweiter Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems einstellbar ist, in welchem der zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf stromab des Hochvoltspeichers sowohl mit der
Wärmequelle als auch mit dem Chiller verbunden ist, wobei die Wärmequelle und der Chiller parallelgeschaltet von Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind. Der Begriff „Elektrofahrzeug“ ist hier allgemein auszulegen und umfasst jede Art von Elektrofahrzeug, also auch Hybridfahrzeuge mit einerseits einem Elektromotor und andererseits einem Verbrennungsmotor. Die Unteransprüche betreffen vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung.
Ein wesentlicher Vorteil des erfindungsgemäßen Wärmesystems liegt insbesondere darin, dass ein Wärmesystem für ein Elektrofahrzeug verbessert ist. Aufgrund der erfindungsgemäßen Ausbildung des Wärmesystems für ein Elektrofahrzeug kann beispielsweise die von dem Chiller aus dem Kühlmittelsystem entnommene Wärme durch die Wärmequelle zumindest teilweise kompensiert werden, sodass der Hochvoltspeicher durch das aus der Wärmequelle und dem Chiller einströmende Kühlmittel entweder gekühlt oder erwärmt wird. Ferner ist denkbar, dass die Wärmeabgabe der Wärmequelle und die Wärmeentnahme des Chillers derart aufeinander abgestimmt sind, dass das in den Hochvoltspeicher einströmende Kühlmittel die gleiche Temperatur wie der Hochvoltspeicher aufweist und der Hochvoltspeicher demnach weder Wärme aufnimmt noch abgibt.
Grundsätzlich ist das erfindungsgemäße Wärmesystem für ein Elektrofahrzeug nach Art, Funktionsweise, Material und Dimensionierung in weiten geeigneten Grenzen frei wählbar.
Eine vorteilhafte Weiterbildung des erfindungsgemäßen Wärmesystems sieht vor, dass die Wärmequelle als eine Komponente des Antriebsstrangs des Elektrofahrzeugs ausgebildet ist. Auf diese Weise ist der Antriebsstrang, also ein von dem Hochvoltspeicher mit Energie gespeister Elektromotor für den Antrieb des Elektrofahrzeugs und eine zu dem Elektromotor korrespondierende Leistungselektronik, mittels des erfindungsgemäßen Wärmesystems einerseits in einem erforderlichen Umfang kühlbar und andererseits als Wärmequelle zur Beheizung von anderen Komponenten des erfindungsgemäßen Wärmesystems nutzbar.
Eine weitere vorteilhafte Weiterbildung des erfindungsgemäßen Wärmesystems sieht vor, dass an den ersten Kühlmittelkreislauf zusätzlich ein erster Innenraumradiator zur Wärmeübertragung mit einem Innenraum des Elektrofahrzeugs wärmeübertragend angeschlossen ist, bevorzugt, dass der erste Innenraumradiator wahlweise mit einem Rest des ersten Kühlmittelkreislaufs verbindbar oder von diesem Rest trennbar ist, besonders bevorzugt, dass stromauf des ersten Innenraumradiators ein Kondensator des Kältemittelkreislaufs wärmeübertragend angeordnet ist. Hierdurch ist mittels der Kühlmittelkreisläufe, also dem Kühlmittelsystem, auch eine direkte Beheizung und/oder Kühlung des Innenraums des Elektrofahrzeugs, also einer Fahrerkabine des Elektrofahrzeugs, ermöglicht. Die bevorzugte Ausführungsform dieser Weiterbildung des erfindungsgemäßen Wärmesystems hat darüber hinaus den weiteren Vorteil, dass der Kältemittelkreislauf des erfindungsgemäßen Wärmesystems zusätzlich zu dem Chiller auch mittels des Kondensators mit den Kühlmittelkreisläufen wärmeübertragend verbunden ist.
Eine andere vorteilhafte Weiterbildung des erfindungsgemäßen Wärmesystems sieht vor, dass das Wärmesystem zusätzlich zu dem ersten und dem zweiten Kühlmittelkreislauf einen dritten Kühlmittelkreislauf aufweist, an den neben dem Chiller und dem Umgebungskühler ein zweiter Innenraumradiator zur Wärmeübertragung zwischen dem dritten Kühlmittelkreislauf und dem Innenraum des Elektrofahrzeugs wärmeübertragend angeschlossen ist, bevorzugt, dass der zweite Innenraumradiator wahlweise mit einem Rest des dritten Kühlmittelkreislaufs verbindbar oder von diesem Rest trennbar ist. Auf diese Weise ist eine weitere Möglichkeit der direkten Wärmeübertragung zwischen den Kühlmittelkreisläufen und dem Innenraum des Elektrofahrzeugs angegeben.
Eine vorteilhafte Weiterbildung des erfindungsgemäßen Wärmesystems nach Anspruch 4 sieht vor, dass das Wärmesystem derart ausgebildet ist, dass ein dritter Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems einstellbar ist, wobei in dem dritten Schaltzustand erstens der zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf mit dem Hochvoltspeicher und dem Chiller, zweitens der dritte Kühlmittelkreislauf mit dem Chiller und dem zweiten
Innen raum radiator und drittens der erste Kühlmittelkreislauf mit dem Umgebungskühler und dem Antriebsstrang voneinander getrennt mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind. Hierdurch kann das kalte Kühlmittel des Chillers den Innenraum und den Hochvoltspeicher, also eine Fahrzeugbatterie, kühlen. Während der erste Kühlmittelkreislauf mit dem Umgebungskühler, beispielsweise einem Frontradiator, und dem Antriebsstrang, also mit den Wärmequellen, von Kühlmittel durchströmbar ist, ist der erste Innenraumradiator, beispielsweise mittels Luftklappen, von einer Wärmeübertragung isoliert, sodass die Wärme aus dem Kältemittelsystem, welche zuvor dem Kühlmittel im Chiller entzogen worden ist, mittels des Umgebungskühlers an die freie Umgebung abgegeben werden kann. Darüber hinaus kühlt das abgekühlte Kühlmittel aus dem Umgebungskühler den Antriebsstrang.
Eine vorteilhafte Weiterbildung des erfindungsgemäßen Wärmesystems nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5 sieht vor, dass das Wärmesystem derart ausgebildet ist, dass ein vierter Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems einstellbar ist, wobei in dem vierten Schaltzustand einerseits der zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf mit dem Hochvoltspeicher und dem Chiller und andererseits der erste Kühlmittelkreislauf mit dem Umgebungskühler und dem Antriebsstrang voneinander separat mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind. Auf diese Weise kann das kalte Kühlmittel des Chillers den Hochvoltspeicher kühlen. Der erste Innenraumradiator ist wiederum von einer Wärmeübertragung isoliert, sodass die Wärme aus dem Kältemittelsystem, welche zuvor dem Kühlmittel im Chiller entzogen worden ist, mittels des Umgebungskühlers an die Umgebung abgegeben werden kann. Darüber hinaus kühlt das abgekühlte Kühlmittel aus dem Umgebungskühler den Antriebsstrang.
Eine vorteilhafte Weiterbildung des erfindungsgemäßen Wärmesystems nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6 sieht vor, dass das Wärmesystem derart ausgebildet ist, dass ein fünfter Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems einstellbar ist, wobei in dem fünften Schaltzustand einerseits der dritte Kühlmittelkreislauf mit dem Chiller und dem zweiten Innenraumradiator und andererseits der erste Kühlmittelkreislauf mit dem Umgebungskühler und dem Antriebsstrang voneinander separat mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind. Hierdurch wird mittels des kalten Kühlmittels des Chillers der
Innenraum gekühlt. Wiederum ist der erste Innenraumradiator von einer Wärmeübertragung isoliert, sodass die Wärme aus dem Kältemittelsystem, welche zuvor dem Kühlmittel im Chiller entzogen worden ist, mittels des Umgebungskühlers an die freie Umgebung abgegeben werden kann. Darüber hinaus kühlt das abgekühlte Kühlmittel aus dem Umgebungskühler den Antriebsstrang.
Eine vorteilhafte Weiterbildung des erfindungsgemäßen Wärmesystems nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7 sieht vor, dass das Wärmesystem derart ausgebildet ist, dass ein sechster Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems einstellbar ist, wobei in dem sechsten Schaltzustand lediglich der erste Kühlmittelkreislauf mit dem Umgebungskühler und dem Antriebsstrang mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar ist. Auf diese Weise werden lediglich der Umgebungskühler und der Antriebsstrang mit Kühlmittel durchströmt, während der erste Innenraumradiator, beispielsweise mit der vorgenannten Luftklappe, wiederum von einer Wärmeübertragung isoliert ist, sodass die Wärme aus dem Antriebsstrang mittels des Umgebungskühlers an die freie Umgebung abgegeben werden kann.
Eine vorteilhafte Weiterbildung des erfindungsgemäßen Wärmesystems nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8 sieht vor, dass das Wärmesystem derart ausgebildet ist, dass ein siebter Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems einstellbar ist, wobei in dem siebten Schaltzustand einerseits der dritte Kühlmittelkreislauf mit dem Chiller und dem zweiten Innenraumradiator mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar ist und andererseits der erste Kühlmittelkreislauf mit dem Umgebungskühler und dem Antriebsstrang und der den Hochvoltspeicher aufweisende zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf gemeinsam mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind. Hierdurch kann das kalte Kühlmittel des Chillers den Innenraum kühlen. Während der erste und der zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf miteinander kühlmittelleitend verbunden sind, ist der erste Innenraumradiator wiederum von einer Wärmeübertragung isoliert, sodass die Wärme aus dem Kältemittelsystem, welche zuvor dem Kühlmittel im Chiller entzogen worden ist, mittels des Umgebungskühlers an die Umgebung abgegeben werden kann. Ferner kühlt das abgekühlte Kühlmittel aus dem Umgebungskühler den Antriebsstrang. Darüber hinaus kann der Hochvoltspeicher Wärme aus dem Antriebsstrang aufnehmen. Hierzu kann die Kühlleistung des Umgebungskühlers durch geeignete Maßnahmen, wie
beispielsweise verschließbare Luftklappen in einer Fahrzeugfront des Elektrofahrzeugs, reduziert werden, sodass die Wärmeaufnahme des zweiten Kühlmittelkreislaufs verbessert ist.
Eine vorteilhafte Weiterbildung des erfindungsgemäßen Wärmesystems nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9 sieht vor, dass das Wärmesystem derart ausgebildet ist, dass ein achter Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems einstellbar ist, wobei in dem achten Schaltzustand einerseits der erste Kühlmittelkreislauf mit dem Umgebungskühler und dem Antriebsstrang und andererseits der den Hochvoltspeicher aufweisende zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf mittels des Antriebsstrangs miteinander kühlmittelleitend verbunden sind und gemeinsam mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind. Auf diese Weise bilden der erste und der zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf einen gemeinsamen Kühlmittelkreislauf aus, wobei der erste Innenraumradiator wiederum von einer Wärmeübertragung isoliert ist, sodass die Wärme aus dem Antriebsstrang mittels des Umgebungskühlers an die Umgebung abgegeben werden kann. Da der zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf ebenfalls mit dem Antriebsstrang verbunden ist, kann der Hochvoltspeicher Wärme aus eben diesem aufnehmen. Hierzu kann die Kühlleistung des Umgebungskühlers durch geeignete Maßnahmen, wie verschließbare Luftklappen in der Fahrzeugfront des Elektrofahrzeugs, reduziert werden, sodass die Wärmeaufnahme des zweiten Kühlmittelkreislaufs verbessert ist.
Eine vorteilhafte Weiterbildung des erfindungsgemäßen Wärmesystems nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 10 sieht vor, dass das Wärmesystem derart ausgebildet ist, dass ein neunter Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems einstellbar ist, wobei in dem neunten Schaltzustand erstens der dritte Kühlmittelkreislauf mit dem zweiten Innenraumradiator, dem Umgebungskühler und dem Chiller und zweitens der den Hochvoltspeicher aufweisende zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf mit dem Antriebsstrang separat mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind, und wobei drittens der erste Innenraumradiator separat davon mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar ist. Hierdurch kann zum einen zunächst, zwecks Trocknung der Luft aus der Umgebung, die Luft für den Innenraum gekühlt werden und zum anderen das Kühlmittel in dem Umgebungskühler durch die Umgebungsluft der freien Umgebung aufgewärmt werden. In dem ersten
Kühlmittelkreislauf wird dann die Wärme, welche der Luft aus der Umgebung entzogen worden ist, über den ersten Innenraumradiator an den Innenraum zwecks Erwärmung des Innenraums abgegeben. Da der Hochvoltspeicher auch hier mit dem Antriebsstrang verbunden ist, wird der Hochvoltspeicher wiederum von dem Antriebsstrang erwärmt.
Eine vorteilhafte Weiterbildung des erfindungsgemäßen Wärmesystems nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 11 sieht vor, dass das Wärmesystem derart ausgebildet ist, dass ein zehnter Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems einstellbar ist, wobei in dem zehnten Schaltzustand erstens der dritte Kühlmittelkreislauf mit dem Chiller und dem Umgebungskühler und zweitens der den Hochvoltspeicher aufweisende zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf mit dem Antriebsstrang separat mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind, und wobei drittens der erste Innenraumradiator separat davon mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar ist. Auf diese Weise kann das Kühlmittel in dem Umgebungskühler durch die Umgebungsluft aufgewärmt werden. In dem ersten Kühlmittelkreislauf wird dann die Wärme, welcher der Luft aus der Umgebung entzogen worden ist, über den ersten Innenraumradiator an den Innenraum zwecks Erwärmung des Innenraums abgegeben. Der mit dem Antriebsstrang kühlmittelleitend verbundene Hochvoltspeicher wird von diesem wiederum erwärmt.
Eine vorteilhafte Weiterbildung des erfindungsgemäßen Wärmesystems nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 12 sieht vor, dass ein elfter Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems einstellbar ist, wobei in dem elften Schaltzustand erstens der dritte Kühlmittelkreislauf mit dem Chiller und dem zweiten Innenraumradiator und zweitens der den Hochvoltspeicher aufweisende zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf mit dem Antriebsstrang separat mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind, und wobei drittens der erste Innenraumradiator separat davon mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar ist. Hierdurch kann zunächst die Luft aus der Umgebung für den Innenraum, zwecks der Trocknung der Luft, gekühlt werden. In dem ersten Kühlmittelkreislauf wird dann die Wärme, welcher der Luft aus der Umgebung entzogen worden ist, über den ersten Innenraumradiator an den Innenraum zwecks Erwärmung abgegeben. Der mit dem Antriebsstrang kühlmittelleitend verbundene Hochvoltspeicher wird von diesem wiederum erwärmt.
Eine vorteilhafte Weiterbildung des erfindungsgemäßen Wärmesystems nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 13 sieht vor, dass das Wärmesystem derart ausgebildet ist, dass ein zwölfter Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems einstellbar ist, wobei in dem zwölften Schaltzustand erstens der dritte Kühlmittelkreislauf mit dem Chiller, dem zweiten Innenraumradiator und dem Umgebungskühler und zweitens der den Hochvoltspeicher aufweisende zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf sowohl mit dem Chiller wie auch mit dem Antriebsstrang separat mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind, und wobei drittens der erste Innenraumradiator separat davon mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar ist, bevorzugt, dass stromauf des Hochvoltspeichers an dem zweiten Kühlmittelkreislauf eine Heizung des Elektrofahrzeugs zur Beheizung des Kühlmittels angeschlossen ist. Auf diese Weise kann zum einen zunächst die Luft aus der Umgebung für den Innenraum, zwecks Trocknung der Luft, gekühlt werden und zum anderen das Kühlmittel in dem Umgebungskühler durch die Umgebungsluft aufgewärmt werden. Da der zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf sowohl mit dem Chiller als auch mit dem Antriebsstrang verbunden ist, kann die Abwärme aus dem Antriebsstrang mit dem kalten Kühlmittel aus dem Chiller vor dem Hochvoltspeicher vermischt werden. Das Mischungsverhältnis zwischen Kühlmittel aus dem Antriebsstrang und aus dem Chiller ist anhand der Temperierungsanforderung an den Hochvoltspeicher wählbar, sodass eine Einlasstemperatur des Kühlmittels, welches in den Hochvoltspeicher strömt, diesen entweder erwärmt, kühlt oder dieselbe Temperatur wie der Hochvoltspeicher selbst aufweist. Ferner kann eine Heizung, beispielsweise ein elektrischer Zuheizer, zusätzlich Wärme an das Kühlmittel abgeben, sodass besonders kaltes Kühlmittel, beispielsweise wenn der Chiller mit sehr hoher Kühlleistung betrieben wird, entsprechend aufgewärmt werden kann. In dem ersten Kühlmittelkreislauf wird dann die Wärme, welcher der Luft aus der Umgebung und dem Antriebsstrang und gegebenenfalls dem Hochvoltspeicher und gegebenenfalls der vorgenannten Heizung entzogen worden ist, über den ersten Innenraumradiator an den Innenraum zu dessen Erwärmung abgegeben.
Eine vorteilhafte Weiterbildung des erfindungsgemäßen Wärmesystems nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 14 sieht vor, dass das Wärmesystem derart ausgebildet ist, dass
ein dreizehnter Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems einstellbar ist, wobei in dem dreizehnten Schaltzustand erstens der dritte Kühlmittelkreislauf mit dem Chiller und dem Umgebungskühler und zweitens der den Hochvoltspeicher aufweisende zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf sowohl mit dem Chiller wie auch mit dem Antriebsstrang separat mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind, und wobei drittens der erste Innenraumradiator separat davon mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar ist, bevorzugt, dass stromauf des Hochvoltspeichers an dem zweiten Kühlmittelkreislauf eine Heizung des Elektrofahrzeugs zur Beheizung des Kühlmittels angeschlossen ist. Hierdurch kann das Kühlmittel in dem Umgebungskühler durch die Umgebungsluft aufgewärmt werden. Da der zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf wiederum sowohl mit dem Chiller wie auch mit dem Antriebsstrang verbunden ist, kann Abwärme aus dem Antriebsstrang mit dem kalten Kühlmittel aus dem Chiller vor dem Hochvoltspeicher vermischt werden. Das Mischungsverhältnis zwischen Kühlmittel aus dem Antriebsstrang und aus dem Chiller ist anhand der Temperierungsanforderung an den Hochvoltspeicher wählbar, sodass eine Einlasstemperatur des Kühlmittels, welches in den Hochvoltspeicher strömt, diesen entweder erwärmt, kühlt oder dieselbe Temperatur wie der Hochvoltspeicher selbst aufweist. Ferner kann die vorgenannte Heizung zusätzlich Wärme an das Kühlmittel abgeben, sodass besonders kaltes Kühlmittel, nämlich wenn der Chiller mit sehr hoher Kühlleistung betrieben wird, entsprechend aufgewärmt werden kann. In dem ersten Kühlmittelkreislauf wird dann die Wärme, welcher der Luft aus der Umgebung und dem Antriebsstrang und gegebenenfalls dem Hochvoltspeicher und gegebenenfalls der Heizung entzogen worden ist, über den ersten Innenraumradiator an den Innenraum zu dessen Erwärmung abgegeben werden.
Eine vorteilhafte Weiterbildung des erfindungsgemäßen Wärmesystems nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 15 sieht vor, dass das Wärmesystem derart ausgebildet ist, dass ein vierzehnter Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems einstellbar ist, wobei in dem vierzehnten Schaltzustand erstens der dritte Kühlmittelkreislauf mit dem Chiller und dem zweiten Innenraumradiator und zweitens der den Hochvoltspeicher aufweisende zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf sowohl mit dem Chiller wie auch mit dem Antriebsstrang separat mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind, und wobei drittens der erste
Innen raum radiator separat davon mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar ist, bevorzugt, dass stromauf des Hochvoltspeicher an dem zweiten Kühlmittelkreislauf eine Heizung des Elektrofahrzeugs zur Beheizung des Kühlmittels angeschlossen ist. Auf diese Weise kann zunächst die Luft aus der Umgebung für den Innenraum gekühlt werden. Da der zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf wiederum sowohl mit dem Chiller als auch mit dem Antriebsstrang verbunden ist, kann Abwärme aus dem Antriebsstrang mit dem kalten Kühlmittel aus dem Chiller vor dem Hochvoltspeicher vermischt werden. Das Mischungsverhältnis zwischen Kühlmittel aus dem Antriebsstrang und aus dem Chiller ist anhand der Temperierungsanforderung an den Hochvoltspeicher wählbar, sodass eine Einlasstemperatur des Kühlmittels, welches in den Hochvoltspeicher strömt, diesen entweder erwärmt, kühlt oder dieselbe Temperatur wie des Hochvoltspeichers selbst aufweist. Gegebenenfalls kann die vorgenannte Heizung zusätzlich Wärme an das Kühlmittel abgeben, sodass besonders kaltes Kühlmittel, nämlich sofern der Chiller mit sehr hoher Kühlleistung betrieben wird, entsprechend aufgewärmt werden kann. In dem ersten Kühlmittelkreislauf wird dann die Wärme, welcher der Luft aus der Umgebung und dem Antriebsstrang und gegebenenfalls dem Hochvoltspeicher und gegebenenfalls der vorgenannten Heizung entzogen worden ist, über den ersten Innenraumradiator an den Innenraum zu dessen Erwärmung abgegeben.
Anhand der beigefügten, grob schematischen Zeichnung wird die Erfindung nachfolgend näher erläutert. Dabei zeigt:

In den Fig. 1 bis 14 ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des erfindungsgemäßen Wärmesystems in insgesamt vierzehn Schaltzuständen rein exemplarisch dargestellt.
Das Wärmesystem 1 für ein nicht näher dargestelltes Elektrofahrzeug umfasst einen Kältemittelkreislauf 3, einen ersten Kühlmittelkreislauf 4, an welchen zwei Wärmequellen 6, 8 des Elektrofahrzeugs und stromauf der Wärmequellen 6, 8 ein Umgebungskühler 10 des Elektrofahrzeugs zum Wärmeaustausch mit einer freien Umgebung wärmeübertragend angeschlossen sind, einem zweiten Kühlmittelkreislauf
12, an welchen ein Hochvoltspeicher 14 zur Versorgung eines elektrischen Antriebsstrangs 16 des Elektrofahrzeugs und ein Chiller 18 wärmeübertragend angeschlossen sind, wobei der Chiller 18 zur Wärmeübertragung von dem zweiten Kühlmittelkreislauf 12 an den Kältemittelkreislauf 3 auch an den Kältemittelkreislauf 3 wärmeübertragend angeschlossen ist, und wobei ein erster Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems 1 einstellbar ist, in welchem der zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf 12 stromab und stromauf der Wärmequellen 6, 8 mit dem ersten Kühlmittelkreislauf 4 verbunden ist, sodass der Hochvoltspeicher 14 und die Wärmequellen 6, 8 zur Beheizung des Hochvoltspeichers 14 mittels der Wärmequellen 6, 8 in Serie von nicht dargestelltem Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind. Der erste Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems 1 ist in der Fig. 1 dargestellt.
Erfindungsgemäß ist das Wärmesystem 1 derart ausgebildet, dass zusätzlich zu dem ersten Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems 1 ein zweiter Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems 1 einstellbar ist, in welchem der zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf 12 stromab des Hochvoltspeichers 14 sowohl mit den Wärmequellen 6, 8 als auch mit dem Chiller 18 verbunden ist, wobei die Wärmequellen 6, 8 und der Chiller 18 parallelgeschaltet von Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind. Siehe hierzu die Fig. 2, in der der zweite Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems 1 dargestellt ist.
Die Wärmequellen 6, 8 sind hier jeweils als eine Komponente des Antriebsstrangs 16 ausgebildet, nämlich als ein von dem Hochvoltspeicher 14 mit Energie gespeister Elektromotor 8 zum Antrieb des Elektrofahrzeugs und eine zu dem Elektromotor 8 korrespondierende Leistungselektronik 6.
An den ersten Kühlmittelkreislauf 4 ist zusätzlich ein erster Innenraumradiator 20 zur Wärmeübertragung mit einem nicht dargestellten Innenraum des Elektrofahrzeugs wärmeübertragend angeschlossen, wobei der erste Innenraumradiator 20 wahlweise mit einem Rest des ersten Kühlmittelkreislaufs 4 verbindbar oder von diesem Rest trennbar ist, und wobei stromauf des ersten Innenraumradiators 20 ein Kondensator 22 des Kältemittelkreislaufs 3 wärmeübertragend angeordnet ist.
Ferner weist das Wärmesystem 1 zusätzlich zu dem ersten und dem zweiten Kühlmittelkreislauf 4, 12 einen dritten Kühlmittelkreislauf 24 auf, an den neben dem Chiller 18 und dem Umgebungskühler 10 ein zweiter Innenraumradiator 26 zur Wärmeübertragung zwischen dem dritten Kühlmittelkreislauf 24 und dem Innenraum des Elektrofahrzeugs wärmeübertragend angeschlossen ist, wobei der zweite Innenraumradiator 26 wahlweise mit einem Rest des dritten Kühlmittelkreislaufs 24 verbindbar oder von diesem Rest trennbar ist.
Neben dem oben bereits genannten ersten und zweiten Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems 1 sind mittels eines Mehrwegeventils 28 des Wärmesystems 1 noch weitere zwölf Schaltzustände des Wärmesystems 1 realisierbar. Die einzelnen Schaltzustände wurden bereits in der Beschreibungseinleitung ausführlich beschrieben, so dass nachfolgend lediglich eine Kurzbeschreibung der weiteren Schaltzustände des Wärmesystems 1 anhand der Fig. 3 bis 14 erfolgt. Die in dem einzelnen Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems 1 jeweils mit Kühlmittel durchströmten Kühlmittelkreisläufe und Kühlmittelleitungen der daran angeschlossenen Komponenten des Wärmesystems 1 sind jeweils mit dicken, durchgezogenen Linien bezeichnet, während nicht durchströmte Kühlmittelkreisläufe und Kühlmittelleitungen mit dünnen, durchgezogenen Linien symbolisiert sind. Der Kältemittelkreislauf 3 ist in den Fig. 1 bis 14 jeweils mit gestrichelten Linien dargestellt. Die jeweilige Strömungsrichtung ist jeweils mit einem Pfeil symbolisiert.
Fig. 3 zeigt den dritten Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems 1 , wobei in dem dritten Schaltzustand erstens der zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf 12 mit dem Hochvoltspeicher 14 und dem Chiller 18, zweitens der dritte Kühlmittelkreislauf 24 mit dem Chiller 18 und dem zweiten Innenraumradiator 26 und drittens der erste Kühlmittelkreislauf 4 mit dem Umgebungskühler 10 und dem Antriebsstrang 16 voneinander getrennt mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind.
Fig. 4 zeigt den vierten Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems 1 , wobei in dem vierten Schaltzustand einerseits der zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf 12 mit dem Hochvoltspeicher 14 und dem Chiller 18 und andererseits der erste Kühlmittelkreislauf 4 mit dem
Umgebungskühler 10 und dem Antriebsstrang 16 voneinander separat mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind.
Fig. 5 zeigt den fünften Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems 1 , wobei in dem fünften Schaltzustand einerseits der dritte Kühlmittelkreislauf 24 mit dem Chiller 18 und dem zweiten Innenraumradiator 26 und andererseits der erste Kühlmittelkreislauf 4 mit dem Umgebungskühler 10 und dem Antriebsstrang 16 voneinander separat mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind.
Fig. 6 zeigt den sechsten Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems 1 , wobei in dem sechsten Schaltzustand lediglich der erste Kühlmittelkreislauf 4 mit dem Umgebungskühler 10 und dem Antriebsstrang 16 mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar ist.
Fig. 7 zeigt den siebten Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems 1 , wobei in dem siebten Schaltzustand einerseits der dritte Kühlmittelkreislauf 24 mit dem Chiller 18 und dem zweiten Innenraumradiator 26 mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar ist und andererseits der erste Kühlmittelkreislauf 4 mit dem Umgebungskühler 10 und dem Antriebsstrang 16 und der den Hochvoltspeicher 14 aufweisende zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf 12 gemeinsam mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind.
Fig. 8 zeigt den achten Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems 1 , wobei in dem achten Schaltzustand einerseits der erste Kühlmittelkreislauf 4 mit dem Umgebungskühler 10 und dem Antriebsstrang 16 und andererseits der den Hochvoltspeicher 14 aufweisende zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf 12 mittels des Antriebsstrangs 16 miteinander kühlmittelleitend verbunden sind und gemeinsam mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind.
Fig. 9 zeigt den neunten Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems 1 , wobei in dem neunten Schaltzustand erstens der dritte Kühlmittelkreislauf 24 mit dem zweiten Innenraumradiator 26, dem Umgebungskühler 10 und dem Chiller 18 und zweitens der den Hochvoltspeicher 14 aufweisende zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf 12 mit dem Antriebsstrang 16 separat mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind, und wobei drittens der erste Innenraumradiator 20 separat davon mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar ist.
Fig. 10 zeigt den zehnten Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems 1 , wobei in dem zehnten Schaltzustand erstens der dritte Kühlmittelkreislauf 24 mit dem Chiller 18 und dem Umgebungskühler 10 und zweitens der den Hochvoltspeicher 14 aufweisende zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf 12 mit dem Antriebsstrang 16 separat mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind, und wobei drittens der erste Innenraumradiator 20 separat davon mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar ist.
Fig. 11 zeigt den elften Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems 1 , wobei in dem elften Schaltzustand erstens der dritte Kühlmittelkreislauf 24 mit dem Chiller 18 und dem zweiten Innenraumradiator 26 und zweitens der den Hochvoltspeicher 14 aufweisende zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf 12 mit dem Antriebsstrang 16 separat mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind, und wobei drittens der erste Innenraumradiator 20 separat davon mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar ist.
Fig. 12 zeigt den zwölften Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems 1 , wobei in dem zwölften Schaltzustand erstens der dritte Kühlmittelkreislauf 24 mit dem Chiller 18, dem zweiten Innenraumradiator 26 und dem Umgebungskühler 10 und zweitens der den Hochvoltspeicher 14 aufweisende zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf 12 sowohl mit dem Chiller 18 wie auch mit dem Antriebsstrang 16 separat mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind, und wobei drittens der erste Innenraumradiator 20 separat davon mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar ist, wobei stromauf des Hochvoltspeichers 14 an den zweiten Kühlmittelkreislauf 12 eine Heizung 30 des Wärmesystems 1 , nämlich ein elektrischer Zuheizer, zur Beheizung des Kühlmittels angeschlossen ist.
Fig. 13 zeigt den dreizehnten Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems 1 , wobei in dem dreizehnten Schaltzustand erstens der dritte Kühlmittelkreislauf 24 mit dem Chiller 18 und dem Umgebungskühler 10 und zweitens der den Hochvoltspeicher 14 aufweisende zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf 12 sowohl mit dem Chiller 18 wie auch mit dem Antriebsstrang 16 separat mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind, und wobei drittens der erste Innenraumradiator 20 separat davon mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar ist.
Fig. 14 zeigt den vierzehnten Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems 1 , wobei in dem vierzehnten Schaltzustand erstens der dritte Kühlmittelkreislauf 24 mit dem Chiller 18 und dem zweiten Innenraumradiator 26 und zweitens der den Hochvoltspeicher 14 aufweisende zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf 12 sowohl mit dem Chiller 18 wie auch mit dem Antriebsstrang 16 separat mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind, und wobei drittens der erste Innenraumradiator 20 separat davon mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar ist.
Aufgrund der erfindungsgemäßen Ausbildung des Wärmesystems 1 für ein Elektrofahrzeug kann die von dem Chiller 18 aus dem Kühlmittelsystem entnommene Wärme durch die Wärmequellen 6, 8, nämlich durch den Antriebsstrang 16, zumindest teilweise kompensiert werden, sodass der Hochvoltspeicher 14 durch das aus den Wärmequellen 6, 8 und dem Chiller 18 einströmende Kühlmittel entweder gekühlt oder erwärmt wird. Ferner kann die Wärmeabgabe der Wärmequellen 6, 8 und die Wärmeentnahme des Chillers 18 derart aufeinander abgestimmt sein, dass das in den Hochvoltspeicher 14 einströmende Kühlmittel die gleiche Temperatur wie der Hochvoltspeicher 14 aufweist und der Hochvoltspeicher 14 demnach weder Wärme aufnimmt noch abgibt.
Die Erfindung ist nicht auf das vorliegende Ausführungsbeispiel begrenzt. Beispielsweise sei hier auf die diesbezüglichen Ausführungen in der Beschreibungseinleitung und in der Erläuterung des konkreten Ausführungsbeispiels hingewiesen. Entsprechend sind auch erfindungsgemäße Wärmesysteme denkbar, bei denen mehr oder weniger Schaltzustände als bei dem vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel realisierbar sind. Gleiches gilt für die Komponenten des erfindungsgemäßen Wärmesystems. Auch ist die Erfindung nicht auf die konstruktiven und schaltungstechnischen Einzelheiten des konkreten Ausführungsbeispiels beschränkt. Beispielsweise kann anstelle des Mehrwegeventils eine Mehrzahl von Ventilen eingesetzt werden, um eine vergleichbare Funktionalität des erfindungsgemäßen Wärmesystems zu ermöglichen.

Claims
1 . Wärmesystem (1 ) für ein Elektrofahrzeug, mit einem Kältemittelkreislauf (3), einem ersten Kühlmittelkreislauf (4), an welchen mindestens eine Wärmequelle (6, 8) des Elektrofahrzeugs und stromauf der Wärmequelle (6, 8) ein Umgebungskühler (10) des Elektrofahrzeugs zum Wärmeaustausch mit einer freien Umgebung wärmeübertragend angeschlossen sind, einem zweiten Kühlmittelkreislauf (12), an welchen ein Hochvoltspeicher (14) zur Versorgung eines elektrischen Antriebsstrangs (16) des Elektrofahrzeugs und ein Chiller (18) wärmeübertragend angeschlossen sind, wobei der Chiller (18) zur Wärmeübertragung von dem zweiten Kühlmittelkreislauf (12) an den Kältemittelkreislauf (3) auch an den Kältemittelkreislauf (3) wärmeübertragend angeschlossen ist, und wobei ein erster Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems (1 ) einstellbar ist, in welchem der zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf (12) stromab und stromauf der Wärmequelle (6, 8) mit dem ersten Kühlmittelkreislauf (4) verbunden ist, sodass der Hochvoltspeicher (14) und die Wärmequelle (6, 8) zur Beheizung des Hochvoltspeichers (14) mittels der Wärmequelle (6, 8) in Serie von Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusätzlich zu dem ersten Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems (1 ) ein zweiter Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems (1) einstellbar ist, in welchem der zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf (12) stromab des Hochvoltspeichers (14) sowohl mit der Wärmequelle (6, 8) als auch mit dem Chiller (18) verbunden ist, wobei die Wärmequelle (6, 8) und der Chiller (18) parallelgeschaltet von Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind.
2. Wärmesystem (1 ) nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Wärmequelle (6, 8) als eine Komponente des Antriebsstrangs (16) des Elektrofahrzeugs ausgebildet ist.

Wärmesystem (1 ) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den ersten Kühlmittelkreislauf (4) zusätzlich ein erster Innenraumradiator (20) zur Wärmeübertragung mit einem Innenraum des Elektrofahrzeugs wärmeübertragend angeschlossen ist, bevorzugt, dass der erste Innenraumradiator (20) wahlweise mit einem Rest des ersten Kühlmittelkreislaufs (4) verbindbar oder von diesem Rest trennbar ist, besonders bevorzugt, dass stromauf des ersten Innenraumradiators (20) ein Kondensator (22) des Kältemittelkreislaufs (3) wärmeübertragend angeordnet ist.

Wärmesystem (1 ) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wärmesystem (1 ) zusätzlich zu dem ersten und dem zweiten Kühlmittelkreislauf (4, 12) einen dritten Kühlmittelkreislauf (24) aufweist, an den neben dem Chiller (18) und dem Umgebungskühler (10) ein zweiter Innenraumradiator (26) zur Wärmeübertragung zwischen dem dritten Kühlmittelkreislauf (24) und dem Innenraum des Elektrofahrzeugs wärmeübertragend angeschlossen ist, bevorzugt, dass der zweite Innenraumradiator (26) wahlweise mit einem Rest des dritten Kühlmittelkreislaufs (24) verbindbar oder von diesem Rest trennbar ist.

Wärmesystem (1 ) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wärmesystem (1 ) derart ausgebildet ist, dass ein dritter Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems (1 ) einstellbar ist, wobei in dem dritten Schaltzustand erstens der zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf (12) mit dem Hochvoltspeicher (14) und dem Chiller (18), zweitens der dritte
Kühlmittelkreislauf (24) mit dem Chiller (18) und dem zweiten Innenraumradiator (26) und drittens der erste Kühlmittelkreislauf (4) mit dem Umgebungskühler (10) und dem Antriebsstrang (16) voneinander getrennt mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind.

Wärmesystem (1 ) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wärmesystem (1 ) derart ausgebildet ist, dass ein vierter Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems (1 ) einstellbar ist, wobei in dem vierten Schaltzustand einerseits der zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf (12) mit dem Hochvoltspeicher (14) und dem Chiller (18) und andererseits der erste Kühlmittelkreislauf (4) mit dem Umgebungskühler (10) und dem Antriebsstrang (16) voneinander separat mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind.

Wärmesystem (1 ) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wärmesystem (1 ) derart ausgebildet ist, dass ein fünfter Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems (1 ) einstellbar ist, wobei in dem fünften Schaltzustand einerseits der dritte Kühlmittelkreislauf (24) mit dem Chiller (18) und dem zweiten Innenraumradiator (26) und andererseits der erste Kühlmittelkreislauf (4) mit dem Umgebungskühler (10) und dem Antriebsstrang (16) voneinander separat mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind.

Wärmesystem (1 ) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wärmesystem (1 ) derart ausgebildet ist, dass ein sechster Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems (1 ) einstellbar ist, wobei in dem sechsten Schaltzustand lediglich der erste Kühlmittelkreislauf (4) mit dem Umgebungskühler (10) und dem Antriebsstrang (16) mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar ist.

Wärmesystem (1 ) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wärmesystem (1 ) derart ausgebildet ist, dass ein siebter Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems (1 ) einstellbar ist, wobei in dem siebten Schaltzustand einerseits der dritte Kühlmittelkreislauf (24) mit dem Chiller (18) und dem zweiten Innenraumradiator (26) mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar ist und andererseits der erste Kühlmittelkreislauf (4) mit dem Umgebungskühler (10) und dem Antriebsstrang (16) und der den Hochvoltspeicher (14) aufweisende zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf (12) gemeinsam mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind.

Wärmesystem (1 ) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wärmesystem (1 ) derart ausgebildet ist, dass ein achter Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems (1 ) einstellbar ist, wobei in dem achten Schaltzustand einerseits der erste Kühlmittelkreislauf (4) mit dem Umgebungskühler (10) und dem Antriebsstrang (16) und andererseits der den Hochvoltspeicher (14) aufweisende zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf (12) mittels des Antriebsstrangs (16) miteinander kühlmittelleitend verbunden sind und gemeinsam mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind.

Wärmesystem (1 ) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wärmesystem (1 ) derart ausgebildet ist, dass ein neunter Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems (1 ) einstellbar ist, wobei in dem neunten Schaltzustand erstens der dritte Kühlmittelkreislauf (24) mit dem zweiten Innenraumradiator (26), dem Umgebungskühler (10) und dem Chiller (18) und zweitens der den Hochvoltspeicher (14) aufweisende zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf (12) mit dem Antriebsstrang (16) separat mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind, und wobei drittens der erste Innenraumradiator (20) separat davon mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar ist.

Wärmesystem (1 ) nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 11 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wärmesystem (1 ) derart ausgebildet ist, dass ein zehnter Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems (1 ) einstellbar ist, wobei in dem zehnten Schaltzustand erstens der dritte Kühlmittelkreislauf (24) mit dem Chiller (18) und dem Umgebungskühler (10) und zweitens der den Hochvoltspeicher (14) aufweisende zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf (12) mit dem Antriebsstrang (16) separat mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind, und wobei drittens der erste Innenraumradiator (20) separat davon mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar ist.

Wärmesystem (1 ) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wärmesystem (1 ) derart ausgebildet ist, dass ein elfter Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems (1 ) einstellbar ist, wobei in dem elften Schaltzustand erstens der dritte Kühlmittelkreislauf (24) mit dem Chiller (18) und dem zweiten Innenraumradiator (26) und zweitens der den Hochvoltspeicher (14) aufweisende zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf (12) mit dem Antriebsstrang (16) separat mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind, und wobei drittens der erste Innenraumradiator (20) separat davon mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar ist.

Wärmesystem (1 ) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wärmesystem (1 ) derart ausgebildet ist, dass ein zwölfter Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems (1 ) einstellbar ist, wobei in dem zwölften Schaltzustand erstens der dritte Kühlmittelkreislauf (24) mit dem Chiller (18), dem zweiten Innenraumradiator (26) und dem Umgebungskühler (10) und zweitens der den Hochvoltspeicher (14) aufweisende zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf (12) sowohl mit dem Chiller (18) wie auch mit dem Antriebsstrang (16) separat mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind, und wobei
drittens der erste Innenraumradiator (20) separat davon mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar ist, bevorzugt, dass stromauf des Hochvoltspeichers (14) an dem zweiten Kühlmittelkreislauf (12) eine Heizung (30) des Wärmesystems (1 ) zur Beheizung des Kühlmittels angeschlossen ist.
15. Wärmesystem (1 ) nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wärmesystem (1 ) derart ausgebildet ist, dass ein dreizehnter Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems (1 ) einstellbar ist, wobei in dem dreizehnten Schaltzustand erstens der dritte Kühlmittelkreislauf (24) mit dem Chiller (18) und dem Umgebungskühler (10) und zweitens der den Hochvoltspeicher (14) aufweisende zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf (12) sowohl mit dem Chiller (18) wie auch mit dem Antriebsstrang (16) separat mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind, und wobei drittens der erste Innenraumradiator (20) separat davon mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar ist, bevorzugt, dass stromauf des Hochvoltspeichers (14) an dem zweiten Kühlmittelkreislauf (12) eine Heizung (30) des Wärmesystems (1 ) zur Beheizung des Kühlmittels angeschlossen ist.

Wärmesystem (1 ) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wärmesystem (1 ) derart ausgebildet ist, dass ein vierzehnter Schaltzustand des Wärmesystems (1 ) einstellbar ist, wobei in dem vierzehnten Schaltzustand erstens der dritte Kühlmittelkreislauf (24) mit dem Chiller (18) und dem zweiten Innenraumradiator (26) und zweitens der den Hochvoltspeicher (14) aufweisende zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf (12) sowohl mit dem Chiller (18) wie auch mit dem Antriebsstrang (16) separat mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind, und wobei drittens der erste Innenraumradiator (20) separat davon mit Kühlmittel durchströmbar ist, bevorzugt, dass stromauf des Hochvoltspeicher (14) an dem zweiten
Kühlmittelkreislauf (12) eine Heizung (30) des Wärmesystems (1) zur Beheizung des Kühlmittels angeschlossen ist.
