Abstract

Das hier vorgestellte Hydrauliksystem (1) erlaubt es in vorteilhafter Weise, den Sumpf lediglich als Trockensumpf (5) auszubilden, in dem kein separates Pumpenmodul mit eigenem Antriebsmotor zur Förderung des Hydraulikmediums ausgebildet ist. Vielmehr wird über die Trockensumpfpumpenflut (7) Hydraulikmedium aus dem Trockensumpf (5) in einen Hochsumpf (3) gefördert, der oberhalb des Trockensumpfes (5) liegt. So kann der Trockensumpf (5) deutlich kleiner ausgebildet werden als ein üblicher Getriebesumpf bzw. eine Ölwanne. Gleichzeitig kann vermieden werden, dass durch eine Ausbildung eines Pumpenmoduls im Getriebesumpf das Niveau des Hydraulikmediums nicht mehr unterhalb aller drehenden Bauteile gehalten werden kann, sondern vielmehr Bauteile im Hydraulikmedium drehen. So werden durch die hier vorgeschlagene Ausbildung des Hydrauliksystems (1) im Vergleich zu bekannten Systemen Planschverluste vermieden. Gleichzeitig ermöglicht der Antrieb der Pumpenfluten (7, 9) durch eine gemeinsame Antriebswelle (11) eine einfache Regelung bei einfachem Aufbau des entsprechenden Pumpenmoduls (6).

Description

Hydrauliksystem mit Hoch- und Trockensumpf
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Hydrauliksystem zum Einsatz in einem Kraftfahrzeug, welche einen Hochsumpf und einen Trockensumpf umfasst. Bevorzugt wird das Hydrauliksystem in teil- oder vollelektrischen Antriebssträngen von Kraftfahrzeugen eingesetzt.
Hydrauliksysteme sind bekannt, bei denen im Kraftfahrzeug eine Hydraulikpumpe in einem Getriebesumpf oder einer Ölwanne ausgebildet sind und Hydraulikmedium aus dem Getriebesumpf fördert. Insbesondere in modernen Antriebssträngen von Kraftfahrzeugen wird der für einen solchen Getriebesumpf zur Verfügung stehende Bauraum immer kleiner, insbesondere, da im Bodenbereich der Kraftfahrzeuge oftmals die für den Betrieb von elektrischen Maschinen notwendigen Akkumulatoren oder Batterien ausgebildet werden.
Um dieser Situation zu begegnen, wird statt einem Getriebesumpf oder einer Ölwanne ein untenliegender Trockensumpf und ein höher liegender Hochsumpf ausgebildet. Zum Betrieb sind hier zwei Pumpen notwendig, wobei eine erste Pumpe das Hydraulikmedium aus dem Trockensumpf in den Hochsumpf fördert und eine zweite Pumpe das Hydraulikmedium aus dem Hochsumpf zu den Hydraulikmediumempfängern fördert. Grundsätzlich sind Hydrauliksysteme mit zwei Pumpen bekannt, beispielsweise aus der DE 10 2017 115 070 A1 . Die dort offenbarte Lösung weist zwei Pumpen auf, die auf unterschiedlichen Druckniveaus arbeiten und getrennt voneinander geregelt werden. Je nach Ausgestaltung kann diese Regelung komplex werden.
Hiervon ausgehend liegt der vorliegenden Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, die aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Probleme zumindest teilweise zu überwinden.
Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst mit den Merkmalen des unabhängigen Anspruchs 1 . Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den abhängig formulierten Ansprüchen angegeben. Die in den abhängig formulierten Ansprüchen einzeln aufgeführten Merkmale sind in technologisch sinnvoller Weise miteinander kombinierbar und können weitere Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung definieren. Darüber hinaus wer- den die in den Ansprüchen angegebenen Merkmale in der Beschreibung näher präzisiert und erläutert, wobei weitere bevorzugte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung dargestellt werden.
Das erfindungsgemäße Hydrauliksystem für ein Kraftfahrzeug, insbesondere ein elektrisch antreibbares Kraftfahrzeug, umfasst einen Hochsumpf ais erstes Reservoir für Hydraulikmedium und einen Trockensumpf als zweites Reservoir für Hydraulikmedium; eine Trockensumpfpumpenflut, die eine erste Förderrichtung aufweist und die in Bezug auf die erste Förderrichtung eingangsseitig mit dem Trockensumpf und ausgangsseitig mit dem Hochsumpf verbunden ist, eine Hauptpumpenflut, die eine zweite Förderrichtung aufweist und die in Bezug auf die zweite Förderrichtung eingangsseitig mit dem Hochsumpf und ausgangsseitig mit mindestens einem Hydraulikmediumempfänger verbunden ist, und zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass ein Elektromotor ausgebildet ist, der über eine gemeinsame Antriebswelle mit der Trockensumpfpumpenflut und der Hauptpumpenflut verbunden ist.
Unter einem elektrisch antreibbaren Kraftfahrzeug wird ein Kraftfahrzeug verstanden, welches mindestens eine elektrische Maschine zur Bereitstellung von Drehmoment zum Antrieb des Kraftfahrzeugs aufweist. Zusätzlich können ein Verbrennungsmotor und/oder mindestens eine weitere elektrische Maschine ausgebildet sein. Unter einem Hydraulikmedium wird ein Fluid verstanden, dass zur Übertragung von Energie durch einen Volumenstrom und/oder durch Druck in Hydrauliksystemen eingesetzt wird. Bevorzugt werden als Hydraulikmedien Hydrauliköle eingesetzt.
Durch das Hydraulikmedium werden einerseits Aktuatoren beziehungsweise Zylinder betätigt, anderseits wird das Hydraulikmedium zur Schmierung und ggf. zur Kühlung eingesetzt.
Der Hochsumpf ist im verbauten Zustand im Kraftfahrzeug bezogen auf die Gravitationskraft oberhalb des Trockensumpfs. Durch die Trockensumpfpumpenflut wird der Trockensumpf entleert und gleichzeitig die Befüllung des Hochsumpfes gewährleistet. Die Hauptpumpenflut fördert das Hydraulikmedium aus dem Hochsumpf zu den Hyd- raulikmediumempfängern zur hydraulischen Aktuierung, zur Schmierung und/oder zur Kühlung. Statt zweier Pumpen ist im vorliegenden Hydrauliksystem ein Pumpenmodul mit zwei Pumpenfluten ausgebildet, die durch eine gemeinsame Antriebswelle von einem einzigen Elektromotor angetrieben werden. Die Trockensumpfpumpenflut und die Hauptpumpenflut werden daher drehzahlsynchron betrieben. Durch den Drehzahlsynchronen Betrieb ist die Regelung der Pumpenfluten einfach möglich.
Bevorzugt umfasst das Hydrauliksystem eine Pumpensteuerung zur Steuerung der Drehzahl des Elektromotors. Diese ist bevorzugt mit einem Drehzahlsensor verbunden, über den die Drehzahl der gemeinsamen Antriebswelle gemessen wird.
Bevorzugt steuert die Pumpensteuerung die Drehzahl des Elektromotors und damit der gemeinsamen Antriebswelle in Abhängigkeit vom Bedarf des mindestens einen Hydraulikmediumempfängers an Hydraulikmedium. Bevorzugt sind dabei Trockensumpfpumpenflut und Hauptpumpenflut so ausgelegt, dass bei allen im Hydrauliksystem möglichen Bedarfen von Hydraulikmedium immer eine Entleerung des Trockensumpfes und entsprechende Befüllung des Hochsumpfes erfolgt. Hierdurch wird eine einfache Regelung der Pumpenfluten ermöglicht.
Bevorzugt ist der Elektromotor als Gleichstrommotor ausgebildet, insbesondere als als bürstenloser Gleichstrommotor. So wird eine einfache Regelung ermöglicht, gleichzeitig kann der Verschleiß des Elektromotors reduziert werden.
Bevorzugt umfasst der mindestens eine Hydraulikmediumempfänger mindestens einen der folgenden Empfänger: a) eine Ventileinheit zur Ansteuerung mindestens eines Ventils; b) einen Wärmeaustauscher; c) mindestens eine elektrische Maschine zur Bereitstellung von Drehmoment für den Antrieb des Kraftfahrzeugs; und d) ein Getriebe.
Durch die Ventileinheit kann eine hydraulische Verschaltung im Hydrauliksystem erreicht werden. Dadurch können beispielsweise komplexe hydraulische Schaltungen, über die beispielsweise im Rahmen eines Doppelkupplungsgetriebes verschiedene Gänge ein- und ausgelegt werden und zusätzlich eine Parksperre betätigt wird, in einem kompakten Bauteil realisiert werden. Durch einen Wärmeaustauscher kann ein Wärmeübertrag zwischen Hydraulikmedium und einem Wärmemedium wie Luft oder Wasser ermöglicht werden, so dass das Hydraulikmedium temperiert und insbesondere gekühlt werden kann. Die elektrische Maschine dient der Bereitstellung von Drehmoment im Antriebsstrang des Kraftfahrzeugs zum Antrieb des Kraftfahrzeugs. Dabei können ausschließlich elektrische Maschinen Drehmoment bereitstellen und so einen vollelektrischen Antriebsstrang ermöglichen oder Drehmoment wird auch, zumindest zeitweise, durch einen Verbrennungsmotor bereitgestellt, so dass ein hybrider Antriebsstrang vorliegt. Im Falle der elektrischen Maschine wird das Hydraulikmedium zur Schmierung und zur Kühlung eingesetzt. Das Getriebe stellt bevorzug mehrere Übersetzungen zur Verfügung, insbesondere in Form verschiedener Gänge. Das Getriebe ist bevorzugt ein Doppelkupplungsgetriebe, welches zwei Teilgetriebe beispielweise mit verschieden Gängen und entsprechend zwei Kupplungen aufweist, über die jeweils ein Teilgetriebe mit dem Antrieb verbindbar ist.
Bevorzugt ist eine Ausgestaltung, bei der die Hauptpumpenflut ausgangsseitig mit einer Ventileinheit und stromabwärts der Ventileinheit mit einer elektrischen Maschine zur Bereitstellung von Drehmoment für das Kraftfahrzeug verbunden ist. So kann das Hydraulikmedium einerseits zur Betätigung von Aktuatoren in der Ventileinheit zur Verfügung stehen und andererseits eine Schmierung und Kühlung der elektrischen Maschine ermöglichen. Dies ermöglicht einen einfachen Aufbau des hydraulischen Systems.
Weiterhin ist es bevorzugt, dass zwischen der Ventileinheit und der elektrischen Maschine ein Wärmeaustauscher ausgebildet ist. Hierdurch kann eine weitere Kühlung des Hydraulikmediums vor Einströmen in die elektrische Maschine erreicht werden.
Bevorzugt sind die Hauptpumpenflut und die Trockensumpfpumpenflut so ausgelegt, dass sowohl beim höchsten anzunehmenden Hydraulikmediumbedarf als auch beim niedrigsten anzunehmenden Hydraulikmediumbedarf der Hydraulikmediumempfänger und den damit jeweils verbundenen Drehzahlen der Hauptpumpenflut sowohl eine Entleerung des Trockensumpfes als auch eine entsprechende Versorgung der Hydraulikmediumempfänger mit Hydraulikmedium gewährleistet ist. Aus der Auslegung des Hydrauliksystems ist bekannt, wie hoch der maximal mögliche und der minimal mögliche Hydraulikmediumbedarf der Hydraulikmediumempfänger ist. Hieraus ist dann ein Drehzahlbereich des Elektromotors und eine Auslegung der Hauptpumpenflut möglich. Gleichzeitig ist dann daraus die Auslegung der Trockensumpfpumpenflut möglich, da sich daraus auch der Bedarf an Hydraulikmedium zur Entleerung des Trockensumpfes und zur Bereitstellung im Hochsumpf ergibt.
Vorsorglich sei angemerkt, dass die hier verwendeten Zahlwörter („erste“, „zweite“, ... ) vorrangig (nur) zur Unterscheidung von mehreren gleichartigen Gegenständen, Größen oder Prozessen dienen, also insbesondere keine Abhängigkeit und/oder Reihenfolge dieser Gegenstände, Größen oder Prozesse zueinander zwingend vorgeben. Sollte eine Abhängigkeit und/oder Reihenfolge erforderlich sein, ist dies hier explizit angegeben oder es ergibt sich offensichtlich für den Fachmann beim Studium der konkret beschriebenen Ausgestaltung.
Die Erfindung sowie das technische Umfeld werden nachfolgend anhand der Figur näher erläutert. Es ist darauf hinzuweisen, dass die Erfindung durch das gezeigte Ausführungsbeispiel nicht beschränkt werden soll. Insbesondere ist es, soweit nicht explizit anders dargestellt, auch möglich, Teilaspekte der in der Figur erläuterten Sachverhalte zu extrahieren und mit anderen Bestandteilen und Erkenntnissen aus der vorliegenden Beschreibung und/oder der Figur zu kombinieren. Insbesondere ist darauf hinzuweisen, dass die Figur und insbesondere die dargestellten Größenverhältnisse nur schematisch sind. Es zeigt:

Fig. 1 zeigt schematisch ein Beispiel eines Hydrauliksystems 1 mit einem ersten Reservoir 2, welches als Hochsumpf 3 ausgebildet ist, und einem zweiten Reservoir 4, welches als Trockensumpf 5 ausgebildet ist. Der Trockensumpf 5 liegt dabei in Bezug auf die Gravitationskraft unterhalb des Hochsumpfes 3.
Weiterhin umfasst das Hydrauliksystem 1 ein Pumpenmodul 6 mit einer Trockensumpfpumpenflut 7, die eine erste Förderrichtung 8 aufweist. Zudem umfasst das Pumpenmodul 6 eine Hauptpumpenflut 9 mit einer zweiten Förderrichtung 10. Sowohl die Trockensumpfpumpenflut 7 als auch die Hauptpumpenflut 9 sind über eine gemeinsame Antriebswelle 11 mit einem Elektromotor 12 verbunden. Hauptpumpenflut 9 und Trockensum pfpumpenflug 7 werden somit drehzahlsynchron vom Elektromotor 12 angetrieben. Die Drehzahl der Antriebswelle 11 wird dabei über einen Drehzahlsensor 13 gemessen, der mit einer Pumpensteuerung 1 verbunden ist. Der Drehzahlsensor 13 ist hier optional. Alternativ oder zusätzlich ist es bevorzugt, dass die Drehzahl indirekt bestimmt wird, beispielsweise basierend auf bekannten Größen wie dem elektrischen Strom und der elektrischen Spannung. Die Pumpensteuerung 14 regelt dabei die Drehzahl des Elektromotors 12. Als Elektromotor 12 ist als ein bürstenloser Gleichstrommotor ausgebildet.
In erster Förderrichtung 8 eingangsseitig ist die Trockensum pfpumpenflut 7 mit dem Trockensumpf 5 verbunden. In erster Förderrichtung 8 ausgangsseitig ist die Trockensumpfpumpenflut 7 mit dem Hochsumpf 3 verbunden, so dass im Betrieb die Trockensumpfpumpenflug 7 Hydraulikmedium aus dem Trockensumpf 5 in den Hochsumpf 3 fördert. Hierdurch wird der Trockensumpf 5 entleert und der Hochsumpf 3 gefüllt.
In zweiter Förderrichtung 10 eingangsseitig ist die Hauptpumpenflut 9 über einen An- saugfilter 15 mit dem Hochsumpf 3 verbunden. In zweiter Förderrichtung 10 ausgangsseitig ist die Hauptpumpenflut 9 mit mehreren Hydraulikmediumempfängern 16. Hierbei nutzen die Hydraulikmediumempfänger 16 das Hydraulikmedium als Hochdruckmedium zum Betätigen von hydraulischen Steuerelementen und/oder zur Kühlung.
Direkt stromabwärts der Hauptpumpenflut 9 ist als Hydraulikmediumempfänger 16 eine Ventileinheit 17 ausgebildet. Durch diese Ventileinheit 17 können beispielsweise einer oder mehrere Aktuatoren mit Hydraulikmedium unter Druck beaufschlagt werden, um Vorgänge auszulösen, beispielsweise, um einen Gang in einem Getriebe einzulegen oder auszulegen, eine Kupplung zu betätigen oder eine Parksperre zu betätigen. Stromabwärts der Ventileinheit 17 ist als ein weiterer Hydraulikempfänger 16 eine elektrische Maschine 18 ausgebildet, die in einem Antriebsstrang Drehmoment zum Antrieb des Kraftfahrzeugs zur Verfügung stellt. Bevorzugt kann der Antriebsstrang auch einen, nicht gezeigten, Verbrennungsmotor als zusätzliche Drehmomentquelle umfassen. In der elektrischen Maschine 18 wird das Hydraulikmedium zur Schmierung und zur Kühlung eingesetzt. Um die Kühlung zu unterstützen, ist zwi- sehen Ventileinheit 17 und elektrischer Maschine 18 ein Wärmeaustauscher 19 ausgebildet, über den das Hydraulikmedium vor Einströmen in die elektrische Maschine 18 gekühlt werden kann. Hierzu steht im Wärmeaustauscher 19 das Hydraulikmedium in thermischem Kontakt mit einem Wärmemedium, insbesondere Luft oder Wasser.
Stromabwärts der elektrischen Maschine 18 wird das Hydraulikmedium einem Getriebe 20 und der Ventileinheit 17 zur Schmierung zugeführt. Bezogen auf die Gravitationskraft ist der Trockensumpf 5 unterhalb des Getriebes 20 ausgebildet.
Im Betrieb steuert die Pumpensteuerung 14 die Drehzahl der gemeinsamen Antriebswelle 11 in Abhängigkeit vom Bedarf des mindestens einen Hydraulikmediumempfängers 16 an Hydraulikmedium. Dieser kann je nach Betriebssituation deutlich variieren, da zum Beispiel der Kühlbedarf der elektrischen Maschine 18 in Abhängigkeit von der Drehzahl der elektrischen Maschine 18 variiert und der Bedarf an Hydraulikmedium unter hohem Druck in der Ventileinheit 17 in Abhängigkeit vom Schaltzustand variieren kann. Hauptpumpenflut 9 und Trockensumpfpumpenflut 7 sind dabei so ausgelegt, dass sowohl beim höchsten anzunehmenden Hydraulikmediumbedarf ais auch beim niedrigstgen anzunehmenden Hydraulikmediumbedarf und den damit jeweils verbundenen Drehzahlen der Hauptpumpenflut 9 sowohl eine Entleerung des Trockensumpfes 5 als auch eine entsprechende Versorgung der Hydraulikmediumempfänger 16 mit Hydraulikmedium gewährleistet ist.
Das hier vorgestellte Hydrauliksystem 1 erlaubt es in vorteilhafter Weise, den Sumpf lediglich als Trockensumpf 5 auszubilden, in dem kein separates Pumpenmodul mit eigenem Antriebsmotor zur Förderung des Hydraulikmediums ausgebildet ist. Vielmehr wird über die Trockensumpfpumpenflut 7 Hydraulikmedium aus dem Trockensumpf 5 in einen Hochsumpf 3 gefördert, der oberhalb des Trockensumpfes 5 liegt. So kann der Trockensumpf 5 deutlich kleiner ausgebildet werden als ein üblicher Getriebesumpf bzw. eine Ölwanne. Gleichzeitig kann vermieden werden, dass durch eine Ausbildung eines Pumpenmoduls im Getriebesumpf das Niveau des Hydraulikmediums nicht mehr unterhalb aller drehenden Bauteile gehalten werden kann, sondern vielmehr Bauteile im Hydraulikmedium drehen. So werden durch die hier vorgeschlagene Ausbildung des Hydrauliksystems 1 im Vergleich zu bekannten Systemen Planschverluste vermieden. Gleichzeitig ermöglicht der Antrieb der Pumpenfluten 7, 9 durch eine gemeinsame Antriebswelle 11 eine einfache Regelung bei einfachem Aufbau des entsprechenden Pumpenmoduls 6.

Claims

Patentansprüche Hydrauliksystem (1 ) für ein Kraftfahrzeug, insbesondere ein elektrisch antreibbares Kraftfahrzeug, umfassend einen Hochsumpf (3) als erstes Reservoir (2) für Hydraulikmedium und einen Trockensumpf (5) als zweites Reservoir (4) für Hydraulikmedium; eine Trockensumpfpumpenflut (7), die eine erste Förderrichtung (8) aufweist und die in Bezug auf die erste Förderrichtung (8) eingangsseitig mit dem Trockensumpf (5) und ausgangsseitig mit dem Hochsumpf (3) verbunden ist, eine Hauptpumpenflut (9), die eine zweite Förderrichtung (10) aufweist und die in Bezug auf die zweite Förderrichtung (10) eingangsseitig mit dem Hochsumpf (3) und ausgangsseitig mit mindestens einem Hydraulikmediumempfänger (16) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Elektromotor (12) ausgebildet ist, der über eine gemeinsame Antriebswelle (11 ) mit der Trockensum pfpumpenflut (7) und der Hauptpumpenflut (9) verbunden ist. Hydrauliksystem (1 ) nach Anspruch 1 , weiterhin umfassend eine Pumpensteuerung (14) zur Steuerung der Drehzahl des Elektromotors (12). Hydrauliksystem (1 ) nach Anspruch 2, bei dem die Pumpensteuerung (14) die Drehzahl des Elektromotors (12) in Abhängigkeit vom Bedarf des mindestens einen Hydraulikmediumempfängers (16) an Hydraulikmedium steuert. Hydrauliksystem (1 ) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem der Elektromotor (12) als Gleichstrommotor ausgebildet ist. Hydrauliksystem (1 ) nach Anspruch 4, bei dem der Gleichstrommotor als bürstenloser Gleichstrommotor ausgebildet ist. Hydrauliksystem (1 ) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem der mindestens eine Hydraulikmediumempfänger (16) mindestens einen der folgenden Empfänger umfasst: a) eine Ventileinheit (17) zur Ansteuerung mindestens eines Ventils; b) einen Wärmeaustauscher (19); c) mindestens eine elektrische Maschine (18) zur Bereitstellung von Drehmoment für den Antrieb des Kraftfahrzeugs; und d) ein Getriebe (20). Hydrauliksystem (1 ) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Hauptpumpenflut (9) ausgangsseitig mit einer Ventileinheit (17) und stromabwärts der Ventileinheit (17) mit einer elektrischen Maschine (18) zur Bereitstellung von Drehmoment für das Kraftfahrzeug verbunden ist. Hydrauliksystem (1 ) nach Anspruch 7, bei dem zwischen der Ventileinheit (17) und der elektrischen Maschine (18) ein Wärmeaustauscher (19) ausgebildet ist. Hydrauliksystem (1 ) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Hauptpumpenflut (9) und die Trockensumpfpumpenflut (7) so ausgelegt sind, dass sowohl beim höchsten anzunehmenden Hydraulikmediumbedarf ais auch beim niedrigsten anzunehmenden Hydraulikmediumbedarf der Hydraulikmediumempfänger (16) und den damit jeweils verbundenen Drehzahlen der Hauptpumpenflut (9) sowohl eine Entleerung des Trockensumpfes (5) als auch eine entsprechende Versorgung der Hydraulikmediumempfänger (16) mit Hydraulikmedium gewährleistet ist.
