Claims (15)
- Öffnungs-/Schließ- und Sprühmechanismus für eine Flasche, beispielsweise für Parfüm, wobei der Öffnungs-/Schließ- und Sprühmechanismus eine Sprühpumpe (9), die so eingerichtet ist, dass sie teilweise in die Flasche (1) eingeführt wird, und einen Druckknopf (8) aufweist, der an die Sprühpumpe befestigt ist und so eingerichtet ist, dass er sie betätigt, wobei der Öffnungs-/Schließ- und Sprühmechanismus einen Ring (6), der so eingerichtet ist, dass er an der Flasche durch eine Drehbewegung des Rings in Bezug auf die Flasche befestigt werden kann, wobei der Druckknopf über und in Bezug auf den Ring translatorisch beweglich montiert ist, und eine Hülse (7) aufweist, die mechanisch an dem Ring befestigt ist und um und in Bezug auf den Ring und den Druckknopf translatorisch beweglich zwischen einer ersten, oberen Position, in der der Druckknopf nicht zugänglich ist, und einer zweiten, unteren Position, in der der Druckknopf zugänglich ist und von einem Benutzer betätigt werden kann, montiert ist; wobei der Öffnungs-/Schließ- und Sprühmechanismus dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass entweder die Hülse oder der Ring mit mindestens einer Führungsnut (37), mindestens einer in der Führungsnut ausgebildeten Halteraste (39) und mindestens einer in der Führungsnut ausgebildeten und gegenüber der mindestens einen Halteraste liegenden Anschlagraste (40) versehen ist, während das andere von dem Ring und der Hülse mit mindestens einer zusätzlichen Anschlag- und Führungsraste (18) versehen ist, die vorspringend und gegenüber der mindestens einen Führungsnut angeordnet ist; und mit dem Öffnungs-/Schließ- und Sprühmechanismus, der so eingerichtet ist, dass in der ersten, oberen Position der Hülse die mindestens eine zusätzliche Anschlag- und Führungsraste zwischen der mindestens einen Anschlagraste und der mindestens einen Halteraste eingeschoben ist, so dass die Hülse in der oberen Position mit dem unzugänglichen Druckknopf gehalten wird, während in der zweiten, unteren Position die mindestens eine zusätzliche Anschlag- und Führungsraste von der mindestens einen Anschlagraste beabstandet ist, indem sie gegen die mindestens eine Halteraste vorgespannt wurde, so dass der Druckknopf zugänglich ist.
- Öffnungs-/Verschluss- und Sprühmechanismus nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (6) mindestens teilweise mit einem Innengewinde versehen und durch Verschrauben an der Flasche (1) befestigt ist.
- Öffnungs-/Schließ- und Sprühmechanismus nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (6) eine insgesamt zylindrische Form besitzt und mit einer ersten zylindrischen Seitenwand (11) versehen ist, die eine erste Außenseite (12) und eine erste Innenseite (13) definiert, die mit einem oberen Flansch (14) des Rings einen ersten Innenraum (15) abgrenzt, der an einem ersten unteren Ende (16) offen ist.
- Öffnungs-/Schließ- und Sprühmechanismus nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der ersten zylindrischen Seitenwand (11), die von der ersten Außenseite (12) des Rings (6) hervorsteht, die mindestens eine zusätzliche Anschlag- und Führungsraste (18) vorgesehen ist.
- Öffnungs-/Schließ- und Sprühmechanismus nach einem der Ansprüche 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die mindestens eine zusätzliche Anschlag- und Führungsraste (18) auf der Seite des oberen Flanschs (14) im Abstand vom ersten unteren Ende (16) des Rings (6) befindet.
- Öffnungs-/Schließ- und Sprühmechanismus nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sprühpumpe (9) einen Pumpenkörper (21), der mindestens teilweise in dem ersten Innenraum (15) des Rings (6) aufgenommen wird, und einen Sprühkanal (22) aufweist, das sich von dem Pumpenkörper erstreckt und durch eine Öffnung (46) mündet, die im oberen Flansch (14) des Rings vorgesehen ist.
- Öffnungs-/Schließ- und Sprühmechanismus nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druckknopf (8) eine zweite zylindrische Wand (24), eine die zweite zylindrische Wand überlagernde Stützwand (25) und einen Sprühschacht (26) besitzt, der an einem ersten Ende (27) mit dem Sprühkanal (22) verbunden ist und an einem zweiten Ende, das dem ersten Ende gegenübersteht, durch die zweite zylindrische Wand hindurch mündet.
- Öffnungs-/Schließ- und Sprühmechanismus nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (7) eine insgesamt zylindrische Form besitzt und mit einer dritten zylindrischen Seitenwand (27) und einer oberen Öffnung (28) versehen ist, durch die der Druckknopf (8) je nach Position der Hülse herausragt oder nicht, und der Öffnungs-/Schließ- und Sprühmechanismus (5) so eingerichtet ist, dass sich der Druckknopf in der ersten Position der Hülse unter der oberen Öffnung der Hülse befindet und somit unzugänglich ist; während der Druckknopf in der zweiten Position der Hülse durch die obere Öffnung der Hülse herausragt und somit für die Betätigung durch den Benutzer zugänglich ist.
- Öffnungs-/Schließ- und Sprühmechanismus nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dritte zylindrische Seitenwand (27) der Hülse (7) eine dritte Außenseite (33) und eine dritte Innenseite (34) definiert, die einen dritten Innenraum (35) begrenzt, der an einem dritten unteren Ende (36) geöffnet ist.
- Öffnungs-/Schließ- und Sprühmechanismus nach einem der Ansprüche 8 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Führungsnut (37) in der dritten Innenseite (34) der Hülse (7) ausgebildet ist, und die mindestens eine Halteraste (39) und die mindestens eine Anschlagraste (40) in der dritten Innenseite der Hülse, mindestens teilweise in die mindestens eine Führungsnut vorstehend, ausgebildet sind.
- Öffnungs-/Schließ- und Sprühmechanismus nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die mindestens eine Führungsnut (37) insgesamt von dem dritten unteren Ende (36) der Hülse (7) bis in die Nähe einer oberen Kante der Hülse an ihrer oberen Öffnung (28) erstreckt; und die mindestens eine Halteraste (39) und die mindestens eine Anschlagraste (40) sich auf der Seite des dritten unteren Endes der Hülse in einem Abstand zu ihrer oberen Öffnung befinden.
- Flasche, insbesondere verwendet in der Parfümerie, mit einem Behälter (2), der ein Volumen (55) definiert und von einem Hals (50) bedeckt ist, sowie einem Öffnungs-/Schließ- und Sprühmechanismus (5) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, der durch eine Drehbewegung am Hals des Behälters befestigt ist.
- Flasche nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sprühpumpe (9) teilweise in den Hals (50) eingeführt ist und an einem ersten Ende (20) in das Volumen (55) des Behälters (2) mündet.
- Flasche nach einem der Ansprüche 12 und 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druckknopf (8) an einem zweiten Ende (22) der Sprühpumpe (9) befestigt ist, das seinem ersten Ende (20) gegenübersteht.
- Flasche nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (6) mit einem Innengewinde versehen und auf eine Außenseite (51) des Halses (50) geschraubt ist.
