Claims (13)

  1. Tragbare und zu öffnende Verpackung (1) zum Aufnehmen und Transportieren von Speisen zum Mitnehmen, umfassend:
    - eine Trägerhülle (2) aus Karton zur Verwendung für Speisen, die mindestens mit einem ersten Bodenabschnitt (3) und einem zweiten Abdeckungsabschnitt (4) versehen ist, die voneinander durch Schwächungsmittel (5) getrennt sind, die die Abschnitte (3, 4) zueinander faltbar machen, so dass die Trägerhülle (2) mindestens Folgendes einnimmt
    - eine Ruheposition, in der eine Innenfläche (3a) des ersten Bodenabschnitts (3) und eine Innenoberfläche (4a) des zweiten Abdeckungsabschnitts (4) im Wesentlichen koplanar zueinander sind und sich die tragbare Verpackung (1) in einem offenen Zustand befindet;
    - eine Verwendungsposition, in der die Innenoberfläche (4a) des zweiten Abdeckungsabschnitts (4) der Innenfläche (3a) des ersten Bodenabschnitts (3) von oben zugewandt ist und sich die tragbare Verpackung (1) in einem geschlossenen Zustand befindet, um einen oder mehrere Speisenartikel zum Mitnehmen abzudecken, die vorübergehend auf der Innenfläche (3a) des ersten Bodenabschnitts (3) angeordnet sind;
    - einen laminaren Beschichtungsbogen (6) aus antihaftbeschichtetem, wasserdichtem und fettabweisendem, feuchtigkeitsabweisendem Backpapier, das zum Kochen geeignet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der laminare Beschichtungsbogen (6) aus rohen Zellulosefasern ohne den Zusatz von färbenden Substanzen hergestellt ist und mit der gesamten Innenfläche (3a) des ersten Bodenabschnitts (3) und mit der gesamten Innenoberfläche (4a) des zweiten Abdeckungsabschnitts (4) durch Klebemittel (7), die auf die gesamte Innenfläche (3a) des ersten Bodenabschnitts (3) und auf die gesamte Innenoberfläche (4a) des zweiten Abdeckungsabschnitts (4) aufgebracht sind, stabil gekoppelt ist, so dass der laminare Beschichtungsbogen (6) mit der Speise in Kontakt steht und/oder dieser zugewandt ist, wenn die Trägerhülle (2) die Verwendungsposition einnimmt.
  2. Verpackung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der laminare Beschichtungsbogen (6) einseitig silikonisiert ist und Silikonmaterial nur auf einer zweiten Seitenfläche (6b) umfasst, die nach außen gewandt ist und einer ersten Seitenfläche (6a) des laminaren Bogens (6) gegenüberliegt, die direkt mit der Innenfläche (3a) des ersten Bodenabschnitts (3) und/oder mit der Innenoberfläche (4a) des zweiten Abdeckungsabschnitts (4) in Kontakt steht.
  3. Verpackung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der laminare Beschichtungsbogen (6) die Innenfläche (3a) des ersten Bodenabschnitts (3) und/oder die Innenoberfläche (4a) des zweiten Abdeckungsabschnitts (4) vollständig überlappt.
  4. Verpackung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der laminare Beschichtungsbogen (6) ein Flächengewicht mit einem Wert im Bereich von 50-90 g/m2 aufweist.
  5. Verpackung (1) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Flächengewicht einen Wert im Bereich von 52-78 g/m2 annimmt.
  6. Verpackung (1) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Flächengewicht einen Wert von 55 g/m2 aufweist.
  7. Verpackung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der laminare Beschichtungsbogen (6) eine Dicke mit einem Wert im Bereich von 50-100 µm aufweist.
  8. Verpackung (1) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke einen Wert von 67 µm aufweist.
  9. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der laminare Beschichtungsbogen stabil mit einem inneren Teil einer Vielzahl von Begrenzungsseitenplatten verbunden ist, die mit den Seitenkanten des ersten Bodenabschnitts durch zusätzliche Schwächungsmittel gekoppelt sind, die dazu geeignet sind, die Begrenzungsseitenplatten in Bezug auf den ersten Bodenabschnitt faltbar zu machen.
  10. Verpackung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klebemittel (7) gleichmäßig auf der Innenfläche (3a) des ersten Bodenabschnitts (3) und/oder auf der Innenoberfläche (4a) des zweiten Abdeckungsabschnitts (4) der Trägerhülle (2) und auf einer ersten Seitenfläche (6a) des laminaren Bogens (6) verteilt sind.
  11. Verpackung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klebemittel (7) eine biologisch abbaubare organische Klebesubstanz umfassen.
  12. Verpackung (1) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die biologisch abbaubare Klebesubstanz in Form einer Paste auf Proteinbasis vorliegt.
  13. Verpackung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die biologisch abbaubare Klebesubstanz eine Brookfield-Viskosität von etwa 2.900 [mPa] s bei 60 °C aufweist.
