Description

  • This application is a continuation of international Application No. PCT/CN2022/096743, filed on June 2, 2022 , which claims priority to Chinese Application No. CN2021218091941, filed on Aug.4, 2021 , the entire contents of each of which are incorporated by reference.
  • TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present disclosure relates to the field of headbands (IPC classification No. A41D20/00), and in particular, to a head-mounted tool for adjusting face muscle position.
  • BACKGROUND
  • As people age, their face muscles inevitably undergo adverse changes such as relaxation and deformation. In order to improve others' first impressions on oneself and personal appearance, people's demand for beauty is growing. Currently, simple beauty enhancement techniques (such as relaxation massage, microcurrent electrotherapy Meridian-System patches, etc.) for face muscles can achieve the effect of restoring the youthful appearance of face skin and underlying muscles to a certain extent. Before undergoing such type of simple beauty enhancement techniques, the wearer typically needs to use his or her own hands or other devices to adjust and fix the position of the face muscles, which is conducive to enhancing the subsequent beauty enhancement techniques.
  • Unlike facial surgery, the simple beauty enhancement techniques do not require precise positioning of face muscles, but rely more on adjusting-flexibility, reliability in process, and wearing comfort. If the wearer uses his or her own hand for simple positioning, it may achieve similar results but requires a lot of effort and labor. If existent technologies are used for positioning, the existent technologies have significant shortcomings, which affects the performance of beauty enhancement techniques.
  • The Chinese Patent No. CN202437616 discloses a beauty device for removing wrinkles. If this beauty device is used for muscle positioning before undergoing simple beauty enhancement techniques, there are significant shortcomings. According to paragraph [0012] of the specification of the Chinese Patent and the accompanying figures, up-down telescopic massage boards 11 are provided at a fixed position on both left and right sides of the panel 3, and a forehead wrinkle removing device is provided at a fixed position in the middle of the panel 3, which results in this invention being unable to freely adjust the force direction of the up-down telescopic massage board 11 on the left side of the panel 3 vertically or horizontally, while also endowing the freedom to vertically or horizontally adjust the force direction of the forehead wrinkle removing device in different directions. Therefore, this invention does not have the technical effect in terms of a highly flexible adjustment force direction. In order to install the up-down telescopic massage board 11 and the forehead wrinkle removing device, the height of the panel 3 would be larger than that of a normal headband, which results in the panel 3 being unable to move flexibly on the forehead. Therefore, this invention does not have the technical effect in terms of a highly efficient position adjustment.
  • The Chinese Application No. CN202110131765.9 discloses a facial lifting apparatus. If this facial lifting apparatus is used for muscle positioning before undergoing simple beauty enhancement techniques, there are significant shortcomings. The elastic bands lack the positioning and flexible adjustment of the height of the connected adhesive tapes, which results in a significant reduction in the efficiency of positioning target muscles and a lack of downward adjustment function. In addition, the positioning reliability is not ideal when the wearer changes posture between sitting, lying, or other various postures.
  • The Chinese Application No. CN202021365682.3 discloses a distributed adjustable facial lifting patch, which also has shortcomings. The facial muscles are dragged to left or right sides by flexible ropes, reducing the effectiveness of upward lifting and lacking downward adjustment function. In addition, if the adjustment buckle is placed on one side of the head, it further affects the correctness of the push and pull directions of each dragging rope. The face is squeezed by the tensioned traction rope, which also reduces comfort, and the suppleness of the traction rope also causes the technical solution to lack positioning reliability.

As an example, the first connection structure 5 between the headband 101 and the traction strips 2 is a snap-button structure, and the first mating part 501 of the snap-button structure connects to the second mating part 502. The inner surface 106 of the headband 101 is made of a material having friction coefficient value of at least 0.042. The head-mounted tool does not comprise the ordinary adhesive tape 6, and the traction strips 2 are directly connected to the adhesive surface 3.
  • The advantages of this embodiment are as follows. Connecting the traction strips 2 to the headband 101 using the snap-button structure can also increase the adjustment flexibility of the head-mounted tool. Using the high friction coefficient material for the inner surface 106 can improve wearing stability. Subtracting the ordinary adhesive tape 6 from the head-mounted tool can reduce production costs.
  • The fourth embodiment as shown in FIG. 1- FIG. 4 and FIG. 7 has a similar structure to the first embodiment except for the following differences. The first connection structure 5 is loop that is arranged at one end of the traction strips 2 and looped over a corresponding position of the headband 101 at the front half. The head-mounted tool doesn't comprise the ordinary adhesive tape 6, and the traction strips 2 are directly connected to the adhesive surface 3.
  • The advantages of this embodiment are as follows. Connecting the traction strips 2 to the headband 101 using the loop 4 can reduce construction complexity and maintain adjustment flexibility of the head-mounted tool. Subtracting the ordinary adhesive tape 6 from the head-mounted tool can reduce production costs.
  • The fifth embodiment as shown in FIG. 1- FIG. 4 and FIG. 8 has a similar structure to the third embodiment except for the following differences. The first mating part 501 of the first connection structure 5 is a traction belt sliding groove arranged at one end of the traction strips 2, the second mating part 502 is a screw fastener arranged at a corresponding position on the front half of the headband 101, and the traction belts sliding groove is connected to the screw fastener. Ear buffer pads 7 are provided at corresponding positions under the headband 101. The adhesive surface 3 is made of a material with the standard peel strength value between 70-450 N/m and a standard hold sticky decline value of no more than 2.5 mm.
  • The advantages of this embodiment are as follows. Connecting the traction strips 2 to the headband 101 using the traction belts sliding groove and the screw fastener can further increase the adjustment flexibility of the traction strips 2. Providing the ear buffer pads 7 at the corresponding positions on both left and right sides below the headband 101 can reduce pressure strength on the ears. Selecting the material with appropriate standard peel strength value and appropriate standard hold sticky decline value for the adhesive surface 3 can improve the easy-removal property of the adhesive surface 3 after beauty enhancement works, reducing stretching force and pain during this step, while ensuring reliability of the adhesive surface 3 during use.
  • Practicability: This head-mounted tool greatly meets the flexibility, reliability requirements during use, and wearing comfort requirements for preliminary fixed operation to face muscles before the simple beauty enhancement techniques (such as relaxation massage, microcurrent electrotherapy meridian-system patches, etc.) are carried out.
