Description

The invention relates to a conveyor belt guide body for a transport securing system for securing transported goods.

Furthermore, the invention relates to a transport securing system and a method for securing transported goods by means of a transport securing system.

A large number of transport goods packaging has a stiffening element at least on the top, over which a conveyor belt to be tensioned can be guided. The conveyor belt is used to secure the transport goods packaging, for example, to a transport pallet on which the transport goods packaging is standing. In particular, when narrow and upright transport goods packaging is tensioned onto a transport pallet using a conveyor belt, sufficient lateral support cannot be guaranteed, which means that there is a considerable risk during transport that the tensioned transport goods packaging will fall over due to a transverse force load. This can damage the packaged transport goods.

If one or more transport goods packages are to be secured to a transport pallet using a conveyor belt, upright support pallets are used, which also stand on the transport pallet and support one or more transport goods packages from the side. The side support pallets are also secured to the transport pallet using one or more conveyor belts, so that the tendency of one or more transport goods packages to tip over is reduced by securing the pallet from the side.

Despite the use of lateral support pallets, the risk of tipping over has not yet been sufficiently reduced, so that transport damage caused by tipping over continues to occur during transport with narrow, elongated and upright transport goods packaging.

The object underlying the invention is therefore to improve the securing of transport goods packaging that is at risk of tipping over.

The object is achieved by a conveyor belt guide body for a transport securing system for securing transported goods, with at least one rear fixing element for reversibly and non-destructively releasable fixing of the conveyor belt guide body to a stiffening element of a transported goods packaging and one or more front-side conveyor belt deflection elements having a belt contact surface for the conveyor belt for deflecting a conveyor belt to be tensioned.

By using conveyor belt guide bodies, the conveyor belts to be tensioned can be guided to the side of the transport goods packaging, which means that the conveyor belts to be tensioned can be guided to the transport pallet in an upright, particularly vertical, plane. Conveyor belt runs that pull the transport goods packaging downwards to the side are thus effectively avoided. This means that, for example, the use of side support pallets to secure the transport goods packaging can be dispensed with. Since side support pallets are not required, there is a significant reduction in transport weight and thus also a reduction in transport costs. In addition, the potential for injury, for example from support pallets falling over before they are secured, is significantly reduced.

The conveyor belt guide body can have one rear fixing member or several rear fixing members. The conveyor belt guide body can, for example, comprise two or three conveyor belt deflection members on the front, each of which has a belt contact surface for the conveyor belt.

In a preferred embodiment of the conveyor belt guide body according to the invention, the belt contact surfaces of at least two conveyor belt deflection members are spaced apart from one another. For example, the belt contact surface of one conveyor belt deflection member serves to deflect a first belt segment of the conveyor belt coming from a transport pallet and the belt contact surface of another conveyor belt deflection member serves to deflect a second belt segment of the conveyor belt coming from the transport pallet.

In another preferred embodiment of the conveyor belt guide body according to the invention, the belt contact surface of one or more front conveyor belt deflection members is arranged on the top of the respective conveyor belt deflection member. Due to the upper arrangement of the belt contact surface, it is touched by the underside of the conveyor belt when the conveyor belt is deflected. Alternatively or In addition, the belt contact surface of one or more front conveyor belt deflection elements is arranged on the underside of the respective conveyor belt deflection element. Due to the underside arrangement of the belt contact surface, it is touched by the top side of the conveyor belt when the conveyor belt is deflected.

Furthermore, a conveyor belt guide body according to the invention is advantageous in which the belt contact surfaces of two outer conveyor belt deflection members are each arranged on the same side on the respective outer conveyor belt deflection member. Preferably, the belt contact surfaces of the two outer conveyor belt deflection members are each arranged on the upper side on the respective outer conveyor belt deflection member. Alternatively, the belt contact surfaces of the two outer conveyor belt deflection members can each be arranged on the lower side on the respective outer conveyor belt deflection member.

In another preferred embodiment, the conveyor belt guide body according to the invention has a belt hold-down device which is arranged between the two outer conveyor belt deflection members and is designed to hold down a belt segment of the conveyor belt running between the belt contact surfaces of the two outer conveyor belt deflection members. Alternatively or in addition to the belt hold-down device, the belt contact surface of a middle conveyor belt deflection member located between the two outer conveyor belt deflection members can be arranged on a side which is different from the side on which the belt contact surfaces of the outer conveyor belt deflection members are arranged. The belt contact surface of the middle conveyor belt deflection member located between the two outer conveyor belt deflection members can, for example, be arranged on the underside of the middle conveyor belt deflection member. The belt contact surfaces of the two outer conveyor belt deflection members can also each be arranged on the underside of the respective outer conveyor belt deflection member and the belt contact surface of the middle conveyor belt deflection member located between the two outer conveyor belt deflection members can then be arranged on the top of the conveyor belt deflection member.

In an advantageous development of the conveyor belt guide body according to the invention, the hold-down device comprises a hold-down surface which is arranged on the underside of the belt hold-down device. The belt contact surface is touched by the top side of the conveyor belt when the conveyor belt is held down. The belt contact surfaces of the conveyor belt deflection members are touched by the underside of the conveyor belt when the conveyor belt is deflected. The belt contact surfaces of the conveyor belt deflection members and the hold-down surface are spaced apart in height. The belt contact surfaces of the conveyor belt deflection members can be located below the hold-down surface of the belt hold-down device. be arranged so that the conveyor belt does not touch the hold-down surface when tensioned. In this case, the belt hold-down device serves to hold down the conveyor belt when not tensioned. The belt contact surfaces of the conveyor belt deflection elements can be arranged above the hold-down surface of the belt hold-down device so that the conveyor belt touches the hold-down surface when tensioned and not tensioned. In this case, the belt hold-down device serves to hold down the conveyor belt when not tensioned and to deflect the conveyor belt when tensioned.

The belt contact surfaces of at least two conveyor belt deflection members are preferably arranged at the same height. If the belt contact surfaces extend over a height range, for example due to an inclination or curvature of the belt contact surfaces, the belt contact surfaces of at least two conveyor belt deflection members preferably run in the same height range.

In a further development of the conveyor belt guide body according to the invention, at least one conveyor belt deflection member comprises a stop element arranged at the front of the belt contact surface, which is designed to prevent the conveyor belt from being unintentionally released from the conveyor belt deflection member caused by the conveyor belt slipping at the front. If the conveyor belt guide body has a hold-down device, the hold-down device can comprise a stop element arranged at the front of the hold-down surface, which is designed to prevent the conveyor belt from being unintentionally released from the hold-down device caused by the conveyor belt slipping at the front.

Furthermore, a conveyor belt guide body according to the invention is preferred in which the belt contact surface of a conveyor belt deflection element, several or all conveyor belt deflection elements are bent along a contact angle, wherein the contact angle is preferably at least 90°, in particular at least 135°. The curved design of a belt contact surface can ensure secure belt guidance. The one or more belt contact surfaces are preferably bent along a contact angle of approximately 180°. In this way, when the belt contact surface is arranged on the top, a wide range of belt feed angles to the respective conveyor belt deflection element can be covered. The belt feed angle, i.e. the angle at which the conveyor belt runs towards the conveyor belt deflection element of the conveyor belt guide body, can be in the range of 0° to 45°, for example, with respect to a vertical reference axis.

The conveyor belt guide body according to the invention is further advantageously further developed by a carrier member, wherein the carrier member carries the one or more front conveyor belt deflection members. Alternatively or additionally, the carrier member connects the one or more front conveyor belt deflection members to the at least one rear fixing member. The rear side of the carrier member is preferably supported on the transport goods packaging when the conveyor belt guide body is used. If the conveyor belt guide body comprises a front belt hold-down device, the carrier member preferably also carries the front belt hold-down device.

In a further preferred embodiment of the conveyor belt guide body according to the invention, the at least one fixing member is designed as a suspension web for hanging the conveyor belt guide body in the stiffening member of the transport goods packaging. Because the fixing member is designed as a suspension web, the conveyor belt guide body can be inserted into the stiffening member of the transport goods packaging in a reversible and non-destructively detachable manner. The conveyor belt guide body is preferably hooked into the stiffening member of the transport goods packaging by moving the conveyor belt guide body downwards towards the stiffening member. By lifting the conveyor belt guide body, the suspension web can be lifted out of the stiffening member of the transport goods packaging again, for example in order to detach the conveyor belt guide body from the transport goods packaging after the transport has ended.

In another advantageous development of the conveyor belt guide body according to the invention, the fixing member has a rib receiving recess for receiving upright stiffening ribs and/or upright wall sections of the stiffening member. Alternatively or additionally, there is a rib receiving recess between two fixing members of a conveyor belt guide body for receiving upright stiffening ribs and/or upright wall sections of the stiffening member. The rib receiving recess can be a rib receiving slot. The rib receiving recess can, for example, divide the suspension web into two web segments. The web segments of a fixing member or two fixing members arranged next to one another can be hung on different sides of a stiffening rib of the stiffening member. Alternatively, the web segments of a fixing member or fixing members arranged next to one another can be hung in stiffening members of transport goods packaging arranged next to one another.

In another preferred embodiment of the conveyor belt guide body according to the invention, the conveyor belt guide body is designed as a one-piece plastic injection-molded part Preferably, the conveyor belt guide body is made of a recyclable plastic. The conveyor belt guide body can be made of polyamide or polystyrene, for example.

The Fig. 1 to 7 show a conveyor belt guide body 10 for a transport securing system 100, with which transport goods can be secured.

The conveyor belt guide body 10 is a one-piece plastic injection molded body. On the rear side 12, the conveyor belt guide body 10 has four rear fixing members 14a-14d for reversibly and non-destructively detachable fixing of the conveyor belt guide body 10 to a stiffening member 102 of a transport goods packaging 200. The fixing members 14a-14d are designed as suspension webs and serve to suspend the conveyor belt guide body 10 in the stiffening member 102 of the transport goods packaging 200.

Between the fixing members 14a, 14b and the fixing members 14c, 14d there are rib receiving recesses 52a, 52b for receiving stiffening ribs or wall sections of stiffening members 102. On the front side 16, the conveyor belt guide body 10 has two front conveyor belt deflection members 18a, 18b and a belt hold-down device 22 arranged between the conveyor belt deflection members 18a, 18b. The conveyor belt deflection members 18a, 18b each have a belt contact surface 20a, 20b for a conveyor belt. A conveyor belt to be tensioned can be deflected via the belt contact surfaces 20a, 20b of the conveyor belt deflection members 18a, 18b. The belt contact surfaces 20a, 20b of the conveyor belt deflection members 18a, 18b are arranged at the same height or within the same height range and laterally spaced from one another. The belt contact surfaces 20a, 20b are arranged on the top of the respective conveyor belt deflection member 18a, 18b and have the same orientation.

The belt hold-down device 22 is arranged between the two outer conveyor belt deflection members 18a, 18b and serves to hold down a belt segment of the conveyor belt that runs between the belt contact surfaces 20a, 20b of the conveyor belt deflection members 18a, 18b. For this purpose, the belt hold-down device 22 has a hold-down surface 24, which is arranged on the underside of the belt hold-down device 22. The belt contact surfaces 20a, 20b are touched by the underside of the conveyor belt when the conveyor belt is held down. Furthermore, the belt contact surfaces 20a, 20b of the conveyor belt deflection members 18a, 18b are arranged below the hold-down surface 24 of the belt hold-down device 22, so that the conveyor belt does not touch the hold-down surface 24 when tensioned. The belt hold-down device 22 therefore serves to hold down the conveyor belt when not tensioned.

The conveyor belt guide body 10 further comprises a carrier member 26, which carries the conveyor belt deflection members 18a, 18b and the belt hold-down device 22. The carrier member 26 is plate-shaped and runs essentially parallel to the carrier-side surfaces or regions of the fixing members 14a-14d. The carrier member 26 is connected to the rear fixing members 14a-14d via the connecting member 28.

The belt contact surfaces 20a, 20b of the conveyor belt deflection members 18a, 18b are bent along a contact angle, wherein the contact angle of the belt contact surfaces 20a, 20b extends along approximately 180°.

An den rückseitigen Fixiergliedern 14a-14d befinden sich ebenfalls Versteifungsrippen 40a-40d.The conveyor belt guide body 10 has stiffening ribs in various areas. The conveyor belt deflection elements 18a, 18b are connected via the stiffening ribs 30a, 30b below the belt contact surfaces 20a, 20b are stiffened. Stiffening ribs 32 are located on the connecting member 18 between the rear fixing members 14a-14d and the front support member 26. Stiffening ribs 40a-40d are also located on the rear fixing members 14a-14d.

The conveyor belt deflection members 18a, 18b each have a stop element 34a, 34b on the front side of the belt contact surface 20a, 20b, wherein the stop elements 34a, 34b prevent the conveyor belt from being unintentionally released from the respective conveyor belt deflection member 18a, 18b caused by the conveyor belt slipping at the front. The belt hold-down device 22 also has a stop element 36 on the front side of the hold-down surface 24, which is designed to prevent the conveyor belt from being unintentionally released from the belt hold-down device 22 caused by the conveyor belt slipping at the front.

The connecting link 28 extends along the top side 42 of the conveyor belt guide body 10. On the bottom side 44 of the conveyor belt guide body 10 there is a receiving space 46. The receiving space 46 is delimited at the rear by the fixing members 14a-14d. At the front, the receiving space 46 is delimited by the carrier member 26. Clamping webs 38a-38b are present on the rear fixing members 14a-14d on the side facing the carrier member 26, so that receiving spaces 46a-46d are created between the carrier member-side edges of the clamping webs 38a-38d and the carrier member 26. The receiving spaces 46, 46a-46d serve to receive upright stiffening ribs or upright wall sections of the stiffening member 102 into which the conveyor belt guide body 10 is suspended.

The Fig. 23 shows an alternative embodiment of a conveyor belt guide body 10. The conveyor belt guide body 10 comprises three front conveyor belt deflection members 18a-18c. The conveyor belt deflection members 18a-18c each have a belt contact surface 20a-20c for a conveyor belt. The belt contact surfaces 20a, 20c of the conveyor belt deflection members 18a, 18c are oriented downwards. The belt contact surface 20b of the conveyor belt deflection member 18b is oriented upwards. The conveyor belt deflection member 18b has a belt securing element 48 arranged above the belt contact surface 20b, which serves to secure the conveyor belt to the conveyor belt deflection member 18b. A belt passage 50 is located between the belt contact surface 20b and the belt securing element 48. The belt securing element 48 is designed to prevent a conveyor belt extending through the belt passage 50 from being accidentally lifted off the conveyor belt deflection element 18b. Securing the conveyor belt results in a significant increase in efficiency when securing transported goods, as an accidental detachment of the conveyor belt from the conveyor belt deflection element 18b is prevented. This also significantly reduces the handling effort associated with the transport securing.
