Claims (12)
- Mechanische Pulvermühle (10), insbesondere Spindelmühle oder Siebmühle, insbesondere konische Siebmühle oder Hammermühle oder oszillierende Mühle, mit einem Gehäuse (20), das ein erstes rotierendes Mahlelement (40) und ein zweites Mahlelement (30), das relativ zum Gehäuse (20) fixiert ist, trägt, wobei das erste und das zweite Mahlelement (30, 40) durch einen Spalt (60) voneinander getrennt sind und in diesem Spalt zusammenwirken, um das Pulver zu mahlen, und wobei das erste und das zweite Mahlelement (30, 40) jeweils aus einem elektrisch leitenden Material hergestellt sind und die Pulvermühle (10) mit einem elektrischen Steuerschaltkreis (72) versehen ist, der mindestens eine primäre elektrische Verbindung zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Mahlelement (30, 40) herstellt und welcher elektrische Steuerschaltkreis (72) mindestens eine Vorrichtung (90) zum Messen eines elektrischen Parameters des Schaltkreises (72) umfasst, und wobei die Pulvermühle (10) ferner eine Verarbeitungsvorrichtung (92) umfasst, die derart konfiguriert ist, eine zusätzliche Verbindung (99) zwischen den beiden Mahlelementen (30, 40), insbesondere aufgrund des Vorhandenseins eines Fremdkörpers zwischen den Mahlelementen, auf Basis des gemessenen Werts des besagten Parameters zu erkennen, und wobei eine primäre elektrische Verbindung über mindestens ein Widerstandselement (80) hergestellt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Widerstandselement (80) an einem ersten Zweig (74) des Steuerschaltkreis (72) angebracht ist, der mit einem ersten Kontaktpunkt (B1) eines Mahlelements (30) verbunden ist, und dass die Messvorrichtung (90) an einem zweiten Zweig (76) des Steuerschaltkreis (72) angebracht ist, der parallel zu dem ersten Zweig (74) geschaltet und mit einem zweiten Kontaktpunkt (B2) desselben Mahlelements (30) verbunden ist, der von dem ersten Kontaktpunkt (B1) beabstandet ist.
- Pulvermühle (10) nach Anspruch 1, wobei mindestens eines der Mahlelemente (30, 40) über das Widerstandselement (80) geerdet ist
- Pulvermühle (10) nach Anspruch 2, wobei das fixierte zweite Mahlelement (30) über das Widerstandselement (80) geerdet ist
- Pulvermühle (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Messvorrichtung (90) parallel zu dem Widerstandselement (80) geschaltet ist
- Pulvermühle (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Messvorrichtung (90) ein Ohmmeter ist.
- Pulvermühle (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei das erste und das zweite Mahlelement (30, 40) durch mindestens ein Zwischenteil (50, 52) aus einem nichtleitenden Material, insbesondere einem synthetischen Material, speziell einem Polymermaterial, noch spezieller einem Elastomermaterial, räumlich voneinander getrennt sind.
- Pulvermühle (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei das erste und das zweite Mahlelement (30, 40) durch mindestens eine nicht leitende Abdeckung räumlich voneinander getrennt sind
- Pulvermühle (10) nach Anspruch 2 und einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei ein Widerstandselement (80) des Steuerschaltkreises (72) durch mindestens ein Zwischenteil (50, 52) und/oder mindestens eine, zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Mahlelement (30, 40) angeordnete, Abdeckung gebildet ist.
- Pulvermühle (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei das fixierte zweite Mahlelement (30) ein Sieb ist
- Pulvermühle (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei die maximale Breite (d) des Spalts (60) zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Mahlelement (30, 40) zwischen zwei Zehntel Millimeter und zehn Millimeter beträgt.
- Verfahren zur Steuerung einer Pulvermühle (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, insbesondere ein Verfahren zur Erkennung von elektrisch leitenden Fremdkörpern in einer solchen Pulvermühle und/oder zur Erkennung einer zusätzlichen Verbindung zwischen den Mahlelementen einer solchen Mühle, welches Verfahren mindestens die folgenden Schritte umfasst:- Messung eines für den elektrischen Steuerschaltkreis (72) repräsentativen Parameters,- Detektion einer zusätzlichen Verbindung durch direkten oder indirekten Kontakt zwischen den beiden Mahlelementen (30, 40) auf Basis des gemessenen Wertes des genannten Parameters.
- Verfahren zur Steuerung einer Pulvermühle nach Anspruch 11, bei dem auf Basis des gemessenen Wertes des genannten Parameters auch das Vorhandensein einer Verbindungsanomalie im elektrischen Steuerschaltkreis (72) detektiert wird
