Claims (16)

  1. Isolierplatte (10) umfassend einen Boden (16) und einen Deckel (14), die an ihrem Umfang durch eine Seitenwand (12) aneinander angebunden sind, die eine Aufnahme (17) ausbilden, in der ein Isolationsmaterial (20) platziert ist, die Isolierplatte (10) ferner umfassend Haltemittel (30), die das Einbehalten des Isolationsmaterials (20) in der Platte ermöglichen und verhindern, dass dieses absackt, wobei die Haltemittel (30) Stachel (32), die sich von dem Boden (16) der Isolierplatte (10) erstrecken, umfassen, wobei die Stacheln jeweils untereinander um eine Distanz beabstandet sind, die von 2 bis 20 cm variieren kann,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Isoliermaterial in Form von Flocken vorliegt und eine Dichte aufweist, die zwischen 10 bis 75 kg/m3 liegt.
  2. Isolierplatte (10) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei sich die Stacheln (32) von einer Struktur (40, 40'), die auf dem Boden (16) der Isolierplatte (10) befestigt ist, erstrecken.
  3. Isolierplatte (10) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei die Struktur (40) eine flexible Folie (41) umfasst, von der aus sich die Stacheln (32) erstrecken, die in der Aufnahme (17) der Isolierplatte (10) angeordnet sind.
  4. Isolierplatte (10) nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Struktur (40') zwei parallele flexible Folien (41') umfasst, von denen aus sich die Stacheln (32) erstrecken, die in der Aufnahme (17) der Isolierplatte (10) angeordnet sind.
  5. Isolierplatte (10) nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, wobei die flexiblen Folien (41, 41') Gitter aus verflochtenen Fäden sind, die Maschen ausbilden.
  6. Isolierplatte (10) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei die Stacheln (32) mit den Strukturen (40, 40') auf Höhe der Verflechtungen fest verbunden sind.
  7. Isolierplatte (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei sich die Stacheln (32) orthogonal zu dem Boden (16) und zu dem Deckel (14) erstrecken.
  8. Isolierplatte (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die Stacheln (32) eine Länge von gleich bis mindestens 25 % der Distanz zwischen dem Boden (16) und dem Deckel (14), vorzugsweise mindestens 50 % der Distanz zwischen dem Boden (16) und dem Deckel (14) und noch mehr bevorzugt mindestens 75 % vorweisen.
  9. Isolierplatte (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei die Stacheln (32) untereinander um eine Distanz von 2 bis 15 cm und vorzugsweise von 5 bis 10 cm beabstandet sind.
  10. Isolierplatte (10) nach Anspruch 1 bis 9, wobei die Distanz zwischen den Stacheln (32) konstant ist.
  11. Isolierplatte (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei die Stacheln (32) positioniert sind, um in Form eines Rasters ausgerichtet zu sein.
  12. Isolierplatte (10) nach Anspruch 1 bis 10, wobei die Stacheln (32) positioniert sind, um versetzt angeordnet zu sein.
  13. Isolierplatte (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, wobei die Stacheln (32) aus einem Metall- oder Kunststoffmaterial gefertigt sind.
  14. Isolierplatte (10) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Isoliermaterial eine Dichte, die zwischen 15 und 45 kg/m3 liegt, aufweist.
  15. Wand, bestehend aus einer Vielzahl von Isolierplatten (10) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Isolierplatten (10) aneinander befestigt sind.
  16. Verfahren zum Zusammenbauen einer Isolierplatte (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - Bereitstellen des Bodens (16) auf dem die Seitenwand (12) vorab befestigt wurde;
    - Bereitstellen von Haltemitteln (30) und Befestigen dieser an dem Boden (16), die Haltemittel (30) umfassend Stacheln (32), die sich von dem Boden (16) erstrecken und untereinander um eine Distanz regelmäßig beabstandet sind, die von 2 bis 20 cm variieren kann;
    - Setzen der Platte waagerecht auf den Boden (16);
    - Bereitstellen des Isolationsmaterials (20), das in Form von Flocken vorliegt und eine Dichte des Isolationsmaterials (20) aufweist, die zwischen 10 bis 75 kg/m3 liegt, und Einfüllen von diesem in den Raum, der durch den Boden (16) und die Seitenwand (12) begrenzt ist;
    - Bereitstellen des Deckels (14) und Verschließen der Isolierplatte (10) damit.
